Not sure I would agree with that at all.

If im the hornets id do it for turner if it was actually offered, millsap maybe but wouldnt give up that high of a pick for bledsoe

If the Hornets can find a way to trade up and draft Drummond, then get Deron to sign with them, Deron/Gordon/FA SF/Davis/Drummond is a great young team

DWill
Gordon
Gerald Wallace or Alonzo Gee
Davis
Drummond

Would be one FUN team.

But it looks like they wanna deal the number 10

I called Deron to NOH before last trade deadline with at the time saying Minnys pick would net them Davis, and with DWill/Gordon/ADavis would be a great start and got booed and killed off the board!!!

@Cigamodalnro

^^^ Eh not sure he would be a good fit there since he would have to come off the bench.

But I know I would sure do that.

Although I don't think we can Sign&Trade Ryno for a pick

Excellent steal for New Orleans. They accomplished what they set out for in creating cap space to sign Eric Gordon. I also like the idea of trading the 10th for a veteran player.

On the WAS side of things, they're definitely taking Beal.
Legion Sports ‏@MySportsLegion
Report: Wizards will select Bradley Beal with the 3rd overall pick. Cavs still working hard to trade down w/ Bobcats into the #2 slot.

But I don't think WAS is done dealing by any means. I find it hard to believe they keep both Okafor and Nene
Evan Dunlap ‏@BQRMagic
Okafor is owed ~$28 million over the next two years. Nenê is owed $52 million over the next four. Good Lord, DC.

I have a feeling one of them will be dangled to a team looking for a center. Okafor or Nene for Josh Smith?

Beal

Smoove
Nene

News like this is pretty frustrating to hear. I wish we had a GM to actually try to swing some deals to make our team better in the most trade active time of the offseason.

Lakers looking to acquire a first round pick, have their eyes on Quincy Miller and Perry Jones http://dlvr.it/1lFJzJ

Of course they do...

If Hornets want a shot a Dwill, they should find a cheaper replacement for Gordon. I'm sure he wants top $$ this offseason! A Redick/#19 pick for #10 will be ideal...only if that nets us Damian Lillard! But then again we need a GM first :)

I wouldnt be surprised to see an Okafor for JSmith kind of deal moving Horford back to the 4 and seeing that Smith will opt out after the season

If new Orleans wants a sg to replace Gordon, they would just draft Ross at 10 instead of trading for a career back up to convince Williams on NOH

Why would Hawks accept it? Okafor has negative value.

If the Hawks trade J-Smoove for Okafor, they should be sent to the WNBA.

Better than losing Smith for nothing in free agency. Plus, they've been searching for a center for awhile now.

Because they need a center, and smith is gone ASAP... That and the wizards look like they'll suck forever, so they probably get a decent pick out of it.

I could also see Washington throwing Crawford into the deal because they'll draft beal imo

They are looking for a center, but one who can play, right? Okafor is injury-phrone, he didnt play half of the games last season. Why pay so much to him sit in the bench? Besides, if Hawks trade JSmith they will be in rebuild mode, IMO, so no need for a old and injured center.
