Karma does not exist. Do we also believe in the tooth fairy? How much karma did Shaq get leaving to go to the Lakers? 3 championships. Then 1 more in Miami. What did Penny do to deserve having his career ruined by injuries? No such thing as karma.

I'm not one for the scorned lover remarks over situations like this. Dwight gave us his all, we just couldn't get it done. He has the right to go wherever he wants. I just wish he handled it all better. Sure, I wish we had a superstar that was loyal and die hard Magic for life, but they are hard to find. Especially these days.

I say this all the time. No such thing as karma in sports.

We can't really get mad at Dwight for wanting to leave, I guess.....But the blackmail thing is pretty shocking, considering the day before he signed the ETO, they told him 3 different times to "Sit on it for a while" before signing it.

Definitely feels like a slap in the face.

@JRudolphSports: @StanStansmith22 @dwighthoward: Don't assume you know what is really going on until you get both sides. Be patient, he'll talk soon.

If this isn't true, the only thing Dwight has to say to clean it up is fire Fegan and put pen to paper. No words, just those 2 actions.

Wow, we've been dealing with this for a year, now.

This is worse than the Melo drama, this has taken forever, I'll be happy when this is over. One way or another.

If this is true the only thing I want in return are picks(3 to 4 minimum), and one young star. Oh and please no more HS educated primadonnas. Howard can't be this stupid can he??? I mean he can't possibly right??? I, I just don't know what to say.
let paid professionals do their job, don't you try and do it for them...

What teams are giving up 3 or 4 picks and a young star for a Dwight rental?

I wish we would trade with the Thunder for Ibaka and Westbrook than sign Eric Gordon than trade for BBD and Ryan for Josh Smith and package a sign and trade Nelson and JJ to Philly for Iggy...

Westbrook
Gordon
Iggy
Smith
Ibaka

Eh I can wish

Actually I don't know what to think. Neither D-12 nor Henny issued any statement, so our knowledge is based on "sources". Nothing is set in stone. I don't believe that Dwight is so stupid he really considered suing the Magic. I mean he ain't Einstein but something like that?!

I still have some hope he stays. But if he really want to be traded we should NEVER facilitate his wishes. No such thing as trading him to Brooklyn. Wanna go to there? First fulfill your commitment with the Magic and play here one more year.

Why would the Thunder do this if they don't get Dwight in a S&T? Also, where is the money to sign Gordon coming from? And the Hawks want to trade Smith so they can start rebuilding and so Horford can play PF. That doesn't work if they get back BBD AND Ryno.

Name a young star that Houston has?

Don't worry. I'll wait.

Teams more than likely aren't going to give us picks and young talent AND take on our bad contracts.

Maybe if this was 2 years ago before this Dwight drama started.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, Turk's contract isn't fully guaranteed so couldn't we just buy him out and be done with it? Or wait another year and use him as an expiring contract?

“@MagicInsider: D-Howard apparently b****ed to union, saying Magic forced him into re-signing. What? Magic let him sleep on it. He waived ETO next day.”

Dwight is such a baby. He doesn't have the mental toughness or will to bring his team a championship as the 1st option.

In other breaking news, bears **** in the woods.

MagicFan4Life, it looks like you may have to update your thread with all those dark moments in Magic history.
