Just curious where is our cap space coming from I though hedo still has another year so summer of 2014 is when he is up i know Duhon and Qrich are up 2013 but who else?
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

Any chance of us getting Golden States first rounder or Minny's first rounder (via New Orleans and Clippers)? If we trade Dwight I want either Golden States, Minnys or New Jerseys first rounder. Give us 2 first rounders and possible lottery.

Best situation, get a lottery pick this year who can grow into a solid second option. Good role player with our pick later on. Maybe stink for a year and hopefully get a really high lotto pick the year after and get a stud. 3 year minimum rebuilding project. Least that's how I would attack it.

Alot of potential big men coming out within the next 3ish years....Drummond, Davis, Noel.

This whole garbage about getting decent players and floating around the middle of the pack sucks. I'd rather bite the bullet and stink and rebuild through the draft.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

so has everyone got their survival packs ready for March 16h, when it becomes clear that no trades are going through? you'll need:

- bottled water
- pillows
- cheap set of cups, plates and drinking glasses
- egg cartons (to sound proof your room)
- throat lozenges
- punching bag
- tissues (lots of them)
- fire extinguisher
- space
- family and friends
- alcohol
- xanax

the following i suggest you keep boxed and at a friends place, until the first few days of rage have passed.
- brand new computer monitor
- brand new keyboard
- brand new TV
- brand new phone
- vouchers for replaced windows
- new passwords for RealGM and your email account, which you activate at lunchtime on the 15th
- flowers and a pre-written apology to your wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend
- a puppy

these might be trying times, my friends, but we will get through them.

You can get the Warriors first round pick if you trade with the Jazz. The Jazz own the Warriors pick as long as it is not a top 7 pick. Howard probably would already be a Warrior if we had a first round pick...

Magic will be at $34 million plus whatever they resign Ryan for and/or if they resign JJ. That $34 million is including Hedo's full contract. But, they can cut Hedo and he would only count for $6 mil against the cap. Hence, that $34 million drops to $28 million.

But, if they only resign Ryno. That is $33 million to split amongst Ryno, Ellis and Smith overall. Plus, the MLE. At the same time, Duhon is an expiring.

The Magic just have to be strict in signing No More long term contracts. Just one year player rentals next season.

No, but I am saying it may not be necessary to trade three players in their prime for a player that is on the cusp of retirement.

Ellis and Two top 1 picks just wouldn't do it. There is a zero chance Dwight will be or would have ever been a Warrior.

Superstars close games. Howard cannot even hit free throws
Neither could Shaq, but he still won 4 ships over 2 different teams.
Shaq had Kobe and wade. Both closed for him. Shaq was considered a side-kick.

Nash would probably retire before uprooting his entire life to commit long term to Orlando (or anyone else for that matter). With that being said, it would be pretty dumb to make run at Nash unless you do not trade Dwight and are making a run at a championship this year. I must say you guys are in a pretty effed up position because if somehow you did get Nash and make a run at a championship, it might not be enough to get Dwight to commit 5 more years with Orlando... No way Nash keeps Dwight around knowing Nash is on the brink of retirement...
