With Lin, I doubt Houston takes back Turk and Duhon (bad contracts and they suck) but I could see them take JRich and BBD. If we get a few players and picks (Parsons, Lamb, Jones, Houston Pick, Toronto Pick), we go into tank mode and they have:

Dwight
BBD/Donatas
White
Jrich
Lin

And they still have cap space for next summer (nearly a max). They could look like this next year:

Dwight/Donatas
Smoove/BBD
White
JRich
Lin

not bad at all, but they need to up the ante on the reported weak offer.

My guess is deal would fall apart if Hou ends up with both. ORL wants to unload bad contracts as well. RT @AjayTaunk: How many of the Magic's contracts can HOU take (in a Dwight deal) if they pick up both Lin and Asik?

Haven't heard directly that it's real. But if HOU ends up with both Lin and Asik, Orlando may need to move on to Plan C. Would that be the Lakers? Quite possibly. RT @jkane34: what do you think of this supposed lakers/cavs/magic trade?

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the cap hit this year for Lin and Asik the AVERAGE of the contract??? Or is it year to year? For instance would Lin's cap hit be $5 million or $8 million??

Doubt it. Morey wouldn't have made the offers if he thought they would screw with his ability to go for Dwight.
