The interesting I am trying to see how will Mose balance Suggs, Bane, Tyus and AB's minutes. Jase is coming off the bench also. We are indeed guard heavy, if I am not wrong

Suggs probably gonna play under 30 mpg again and you can pencil in at least 15-20 games he gonna miss. Bane isn't really a iron man too.

What a trade, let's go bane
If season ends now, Memphis will get the 20th pick from Phoenix
Anyway, it was a great trade for both teams

With F-Wagner our and Banchero not quite ready, wow is Bane proving his worth!
I am left with, what if Caldwell-Pope was starting? Ouch ... it hurts to image.

Problem is when people start pretending that KCP was some relic of past that somehow, by accident ended up on Magic's contracts list as new GM took over.
In reality, KCP was outrageous idiocy made by existing GM & President who than had to pay additional picks to remove him and Cole ( same scenario) from roster.
This is definition of self inflicted wound.
KCP was paid:
$3M by Pistons as a rookie
$18M - single year contract by Lakers
$12M - single year, resign by Lakers , witch was significantly less than year prior
For 3rd time, they resigned him again, and significantly lower than ever, two years $8M ( a year) contract, but with player's option for second year. He opted out. And they resigned him for 3 years $40M, they pretty much dumped him 5 months later in trade to Wizards.
From where he was traded to Nuggets.
Basically, for entire length of his career, one year $18M is highest money he ever made. At age of 24.
Magic, for no good reason, decided he is worth $22M a year, at age of 31. Despite fact he already declined from last year in Nuggets compared to previous year in Nuggets where he won a title being 7th offensive option.
But to make matters worst, instead of some light 1+1 or 2+1 years (in favor of team), they gave him 3 years, $66M flat AND player's option at age of 33.. Anybody with grain of brain knew he won't be declining that. He pretty much made more money on Weltman's back for sucking than he ever earned being actually decent.
Cole thing is equally bad. For player that spent entire career being one of worst players, advanced analytics vise, Weltman tied his hands on 3 years $40M contract.
With so much trash that was eating cap, he had to surrender pretty much all allowed picks to get Bane.
Make no mistake about it, Isaac situation is equally terrible. But Magic won't feel actual pain of Weltman's mistakes until summer of 2026 and especially in 2027 when Aprons penalties tune on.
For example, if they somehow can drug Black's agent to sign some $20M a year type of deal, it's still way above their objective payment level. If his salary starts at $20M flat, Magic would be starting 2027-28 season with 10 men on $227M. Second apron set at $234M. Basically there i no way to how to avoid it, from today's POV.
And that will be Magic's repetitive second Apron breach, since next year's one is impossible to avoid.
Penalties include things like:
not allowed to do sign& trade
if they breach second apron again within next 3 years , their pick will be converted into last pick
can't use cash in trade
can't use MLE or anything but vet minimum
So yea... Let's not jump a shark. Bane is very good player but Magic didn't even started to feel all the ramifications of trade for 3rd max contract player, in years where nobody wants such roster construction due obivous reasons, especially if team isn't all time great, like OKC or does not have one of top 2-3 best players in the world.
