Haha, I don't. Not in the NBA, anyway. Magic (NBA), STL Cardinals (MLB), and to a much lesser extent IU Basketball (NCAAB). Born in St. Louis, raised in Orlando, school at IUB. Those are my teams.

Me, my sister and brother all graduated UCF. So, our whole family are Knights. Funny, it is only our parents that still go to the college games including basketball. lol

We all have more than one team we like to follow. Pistons and Magic are my top priorities with the Heat being a 3rd being I lived in south Florida as a kid and spent time in Detroit off and on my whole life. But, I lived in Orlando the longest. All (3) teams have had great success during my stints in those cities.

I definitely don't think I can follow another team (as a fan of another team), while still being a fan of the Magic. It's always been Orlando since day 1.

When I was much younger I did enjoy watching the early 90s Seattle Sonics a lot, along with the Magic obviously.

It's weird now, I actually tell my friends if a Seattle team does come back to the NBA I might follow them.... soooo who knows.

But I'm a Magic fan first and foremost... maybe just a fan that's getting a little more tired and frustrated with the organization as I'm getting older... but I'm still a fan nonetheless.... I think if you've been a dedicated fan for a long time of one specific/certain team, and that team's organization hasn't lived up to your expectations/satisfaction (by constantly disappointing), then you as a fan have a right to jump ship and choose another team to follow. I wouldn't judge. That's my honest opinion. I'm not closed-minded about it.

For me though, my nature is to stick with Orlando through everything. That's what I've done before, enduring all the good and bad seasons. So even when I play around with the idea/thought of following a possible new Seattle franchise team, in the end knowing myself, I will probably still stay solely a Magic fan. But not everybody is like me, and I understand some people follow more than 1 team, or follow different players to others teams. Everybody is different.

I take the Magic or Pistons over the Heat. They are my 3rd team.

When the Pistons play the Magic, it is real tough as I like them both about the same. It really depends on how the teams are playing and where they are at in needing wins. I just really enjoy both teams at that point and just hope for a great game.

I have other teams I "enjoy" but I *never* root for them to beat the Magic.

Whatever happened to that poster(forgot his name) that had the lil wayne gif avatar? He was the guy that was pushing a trade for Steven Jackson.

I saw a poster on GB yesterday with the same sig., but a name I didn't recognize(Ito). Maybe he changed his name.

No, not him. I just remembered..it's No Limit. I just haven't seen him in awhile. He was a hard poster to figure out. I don't think he was a Dwight homer.

I got very angry at the Magic if everyone here remembers this past summer and many here put me on ignore because of it. I got really frustrated the summer the Pistons signed both Ben Gordon and Charlie V. since I knew it was money wasted. But, I still root for my teams.

Actually, I started posting on RealGM to display my anger about the Pistons drafting Darko back in 2003. I needed an outlet to let it out. RealGM is like therapy.

I have posted on all 3 boards since day one. But, I rarely post on the Heat board ever since they got the big 3. Just lost all the fun over there once they got a ton of bandwaggoners. I just enjoy the games now as a Heat fan.

Regardless, I have angered posters on General board as well as Current Affairs board. Sometimes, I feel like I am the most ignored poster. Wait, there are a few I know who are more heavily ignored than me.

It's still early in the season but what is the consensus around here on Afflac? What do you think about him so far? Be honest

Right now, I think I'd rather keep JJ and trade Afflalo. I honestly don't think he's that much better than Redick, plus JJ is also a facilitator on offence. Arron on the other hand halts ball movement.

I agree that JJ seems to be the better player and fit at the moment. But, I wouldn't really lose sleep if we traded either one. I'd be fine to give either away as long as the return is decent. I hope JJ stays, but I think his trade value is higher.

I think JJ brings more fans to the Amway than Afflalo. Sometimes, fan favorites are just worth a little more to the company for generating revenue.
