Yeah, it's very cool that the Magic are playing the very first game of the season and that it will be on TNT. Should be a really interesting game, we actually split the series last year, so hopefully we can be competitive against Indy.

Harris vs. George is a big time event for TNT, I like it. Harris better come out with something to prove.

That is not enough fixing. Only if you can turn back time...

Has this been what other people have experienced? Does it just seem this way to me because of some other random factors that I haven't noticed?

Bucs won the Ship like 10 years ago. That may be why.

Bucs are least likely of the 3 to go anywhere.

I get to watch my favorite team AND get to watch one of my favorite players (Paul George) in the first game of the season? Nice!

neither team is going anywhere. the most likely team that is going to be moved is the rams, seeing they have stadium issues right now, can break their lease soon, and has already been in la previously. oh, and the jags aren't going to be any good at all until you guys dump gabbert as your qb. maybe 5 years if you rebuild properly, but no way that team is good in 2 years. and i'd be willing to bet anything that my bucs have a better season than either florida team this year. :D

5 years to rebuild!?

lol hes lost his mind. if all we need is a QB we should be getting one within 3 years(all depends on when players are in draft) provided Gabbert hasnt Improved.

thats why i say 5 years. you have to be bad enough to get a top 2 or 3 pick and there has to be a qb there worth taking. if you get all of that, you still have to give him a few years to develop and pan out, and thats if he doesn't bust and set you back another few years like gabbert did. so yeah. optimistically 3 years realistically 5 years. and its not like you guys have a great team and are just missing a qb. you guys wouldn't have went 2-14 last year if you had everything in place except a qb. its a qb driven league, and until you guys get rid of gabbert and get someone else, you can't go very far.

Long easten road trip in December and then a long western road trip in January and March. Also the first home game is November 1st vs the Pelicans.

Also if anybody is having trouble seeing the schedule on nba.com and magic.com, it's up on espn. http://espn.go.com/nba/team/schedule/_/name/orl/orlando-magic

The schedule makers love to send us on early season long road trips. At least it's not the usual brutal west coast ones they usually give us...

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

come back to me when the jags have the better record than the bucs this year;) realisticly our offense is good minus the qb. plug a guy like hogan, hundley, mariota, teddy and it will be fine ;)

For what it's worth....they DO have Osby jerseys in the team shop in the group of personalized jerseys of the young guys (Oladipo, Hark, Harris, Nicholson, Osby, OQuinn)

You know what? I hear this every single year from trash talking Jags fans towards other Florida team fans. And, every year the Jags blow.

except he thinks the Bucs will be good when they have Sucky Freemen as qb and scattershot Glennon(i watched enough film to see this from him in college) as the backup.
the bucs are in the same situation as the jags it all depends on QB Play. i like the odds that Gabbert does better than Freeman especially with this better coaching staff and more offensive talent around him. from all reports Ace Sanders looks like the biggest steal in the draft thru training camp. we might not have the best qb but Gabberts showing Improvement everyday. hell even henne might be better than Freeman(he was a projected 4000 yard passer last year).

Half the reason the jags sucked last year was a Billion Starting RBs(i mean our offense sputtered without MJD as our RB) and the defenses inability to pressure the QB and get sacks. we get back a Healthy MJD and we have a new scheme and judging from training camp our pass rush seems a good bit better.

Well. I like Freeman. He has shown potential to be very good in this league. He just hasn't made that jump yet. But, he is a legit NFL starter and he has receivers, so it is up to Josh and the coaching staff to see if he gets there. But, he is much better than Gabbert who still looks just horrible to me not to mention Henne. There were so many FA QB's the Jags should have went after that I am still disappointed they stuck with Gabbert. Jags seem to do that often hoping some poor QB does good someday. That is their main drawback.

It pains me to say this, but out of all 3 Florida teams, I would say they rank as follows:

1 Bucs
2 Jags
3 Fins
