...jk guys i have inside sources that say the hornets and magic are nearing a deal..if both sides can agree with dumping or picking up contracts then it would be done (most likely okafor), magic are also reluctant to throw in picks too, otis backup plan is bosh but would have to take on hedo and others as well (toronto isnt to interested yet)..if that falls through otis will pull out all the bag of tricks and try something new (maybe yi jin lian mi bari gin)..expect to hear some kind of news in the next few hours.. .......

Guys, I talked to some people this morning in New Orleans (beat reporters, etc). They all seem to think that this Pingalore guy straight up made this rumor up. Period.

The Hornets didn't even talk to Orlando at all yesterday. Apparently Pingalore had a history in Cleveland of pulling stuff like this.

You aren't getting Chris Paul. No one is getting Chris Paul except the Hornets, at least not this season.

Smirk, I am promising you, I have heard from like 5 different sources that the Magic have been in negotiations with New Orleans concerning Chris Paul. First at the trade deadline, and again this offseason, especially yesterday.

If it was just Ping reporting, I'd be inclined to believe you, but it isn't.
