I think that is seriously underselling him. Dude can do it all. Has no weaknesses.

He may be laconic, and have an easy going appearance, but the boy can flat out play.

Jeremy Lamb is the best piece being offered so far. I will be content with him and Nicholson on our rebuild.

ive really liked what ive seen of lamb these 2 games( i realize is 2 summer league games). id be happy with lamb, parsons, jones, toronto pick, dallas pick, and their pick and i guess kmart for salary reasons for dwight jrich and if they will duhon. lamb is someone who can help a championship team going forward. i could careless for all their other prospects like morris patterson white to some extent and whoever else they have on their roster right now

Yeah I agree. He has a fantastic skill set, can create his own shot, and flat out score. I think once he matures he will be a serious player in this league. Like most, I was surprised he dropped to 12th pick, I expected him top 10, but I think that will work out well for us.

Lamb, Parsons, Jones, Martin, Toronto pick, Dallas pick and a future first for Dwight, JRich and Duhon maybe BBD would be good enough for me to be content. I mean, we are not gonna get equal value for Dwight, but to get rid of some bad contracts and getting some young talent, draft picks and tank to get more would be amazing. I mean Lamb, Nicholson is a solid start to a rebuild, adding a top 5 next year (our tank pick) and a top 10 (toronto pick) all of a sudden we are looking quite good.

It's that time again isn't it? Why does it have to be at night!?

I'm actually staying up late tonight(3 am - 4am est), so I'll create it. Even if I have to end this part a little short.

If you're asking Parsons to do it all, you're in trouble. Defend, rebound, run the floor, make hard cuts, and be a reliable spot up shooter. That's his ideal role as far as I can tell.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

parsons can be a solid glue guy - he's a legit starter but he's no star - ideally the 4th-5th best player on a team. i do want him - lamb has the makings of an elite scorer and borderline all star

Looks like my prediction that it'll be thread 40 before Dwight is traded is gonna be true.

Also, anyone else high on that other DRAGIC brother?

Exactly. Very, very good role player.

A guy that you love on your team. He may not ever be a star, but he will be valuable.

He looked like a feisty defender and hard worker, but obviously he didn't have a very good offensive game.

+1

At the very least, he's a great energy guy that can D up and make plays for other players. Having a 6'10" guy that can dribble and pass like him is a luxury and mismatch. He has a high ceiling imo. Great work ethic + high basketball IQ will take him a long ways.

The dude can dribble and pass like a guard. Can take his man off the dribble. Can jump out of the gym and stroke it from three. Been looking at his games for the past few days. This guy is a baller.

^^That last video is a prime example of how high CP25's ceiling can be. 6'10" guy with his stroke, ball handling, athleticism, and passing is huge mismatch in the NBA.

I'm not sure you're talking about the right guy

Sounds like you're describing Ryan Anderson not Parsons..

Parsons is a legit 6"10 with handles, playmaking ability, athleticism, and a shot

IMO he will be a solid starter and in his prime reach a prime-Hedo level (in terms of play style and production)

Bill Simmons @sportsguy33

After winning over the Asian community with Jeremy Lin, the Knicks now expect to win over fat people with Ray Felton.

Jason Lloyd ‏@JasonLloydABJ
Nothing to these trade rumors involving ‪#Cavs‬, Lakers and Magic, league source confirms. No merit to them at all.

Not a fake.

Dwight will be in Houston by Wednesday.

Just a guess, but I feel it's kinda close.

And those skills are a nice asset to have. They'll help him be a good role player in the mold I've described. Not being an inept ballhandler will always help in those broken play situations where he can be capable of putting it on the floor and possibly making something happen.

But a prime Hedo playmaker? Hedo was one of the very best pick and roll players in the league. If Parsons is ever put into that kind of point forward role and plays it as well as Hedo did, I will be shocked.

I saw Wednesday night/Thursday morning. No insider information, but that's when the Rockets play their final Summer League game and the Lin/Asik contract situation would have been resolved.

Asik wont even see an offer sheet until Wednesday unless NY does us all a favor and decides on Lin sooner than Tuesday at midnight. Then 3 days for bulls on Asik, looking at Saturday night, Sunday or even that next Monday.

I'd like to see a list of all of the "sources" rumors just off of where Dwight is going. It'd be one hell of a list I know that much.
