I'm interested in how he'll fill out the coaching staff. I'm sure we'll see hires in the next few weeks.

@MTB

What's your email?

I'm going out tonight and I already have part 43 set up. I just want to email it to you just in case I have a long night.

Not necessarily. Hennigan fired and hired his GM staff within days.

This.

If the magic make trades for players the Dwight wants and he still leaves, we're stuck with them and their contracts. Would slow the rebuilding process. I can understand why hennigan wouldn't want to do that.

that's why you don't trade for crappy guys like JRich and Hedo, you trade for guys like Iggy/Monta/Gay who are expiring, or if they aren't, they're still good pieces to have on a team.

i don't understand the people who think this team is unable to make moves that can be good for the team with or without Dwight. and i don't understand why the team hasn't made more effort on that front.

I don't think we have the assets to trade for any Player that could change dwights mind without taking a bad contract or two. I would love to be wrong.
let paid professionals do their job, don't you try and do it for them...

I would trade him and make him fly himself out to where ever. Or find the cheapest greyhound bus ticket. Payback is always fun lol

Is there a date that we have to trade him by for the new team to retain his bird rights? Or do they get them no matter what?
