I do wish the Bucks well. Great fans, nice state. Also my favorite uniforms next to ours.

Same, I generally like their fan base and beyond the one playoff series with Tracy a number of years back, I have no reason to dislike the team.

I love that dark green and purple Bucks jersey, its dope.

Also, most of us already know its only like a 9.12 to 25.00 % shot at Wiggins since we followed this last draft lottery so closely. The goal is actually getting a bottom 1-5 record, so you can't really get any worse than a #1-7 draft pick range that way, if you tanked naturally, which might mean trading one of BBD or Afflalo and experimenting lineups and plays a lot again. Obviously a bottom 1-3 record is even better if it happens because it makes the draft range like 1-5 and the #1 shot like 15?/19? to 25.00 % at Wiggins.

i think this gets them a better record than us this year. i think its between philly and us for the worst record now imo.

+ Celtics
Also, if we don't trade away some of our vets we will win 30+ games.

They could accidentally make the playoffs in the East.

I am pretty shocked the Bobcats went for a big time FA. They have some nice young pieces but I don't think they were even as set up as we are at this point. This will get them in to playoff contention, IMO. Jefferson fits in perfect...but it doesn't make them a contender.

I am a huge Jefferson fan but this is a questionable move for both sides. I have to think that there were better situations for Jefferson, despite the fit. Winning can't be too much of a factor with him.

This also makes the drafting of Cody Zeller seem silly, IMO. Jefferson and Biyombo are a perfect pair down low...they could have gotten a Ben McLemore to play off the ball since Kemba is a ball dominant PG.

It is going to be frightening when Vuc hits FA...we are going to have to give him a max deal....and I'm not being sarcastic or joking at all.

Yeah, drafting Zeller wasn't the best move with this in mind. They really could have used McLemore with that squad, it would've made them pretty darn well rounded.

If Vuc doesn't show he can step up on defense or become a legit 20ppg option then I think we should trade him rather than give him a max deal.

why? it's not our money and honestly i've never seen us as a team that worried about spending money either i mean we payed arenas 60 million just to go away. That being said maybe the harsher tax implications in the new CBA may change things but with Vuc only thing i can say is we'll cross that bridge when we get there

I agree.. While they will get some wins with their new team, a lineup of

Kemba Walker
McLemore
MKG
Biyombo
Al Jeff

seems like a better fit long-term and will yield more short term wins as opposed to

Walker
Henderson
MKG
Biyombo/Zeller
Al Jeff

MJ gonna MJ I guess

What do you mean why??? Our money or DeVos' money it still is a major hit on the Magic's salary cap.. And Yes, Vuc will get a max-deal no doubt about it in my mind.

Ahhhh thats great!

Dwight has become such a tool. If he was plagued by sporadic back problems the rest of his career, it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

That's for two years, with second year as team option. Good pickup for the Cavs.

What's the point? Ask yourself, "why would we want Rondo and his poor attitude around this team? And how does that help us get a good pick next draft?".

Seriously, why do guys like you want to win now? If you don't like our management's vision for long term success and sustainability, be a Raptors fan. They don't know how good we have it here.

Stop with the Rondo trade ideas, they're absolutely pointless and won't even happen.

Some people are really excited about the fact that every team outside of the top 5 silk be actively trying to lose. This means that slight improvement can be the difference between a 20 win team and a 35 win team. As if there is some pride in winning an 8 seed and getting swept by the Heat. The Bucks went all in on the Redick trade last year and got an 8 seed out of a team no one believed in. Ask their fans how great it feels.

I understand everybody wants to tank next season and try to get Andrew Wiggins or Jabari Parker. Lets remember that the worst teams dont even get the 1st pick, and that its never promise. So why not just be a competitive team, even if we were ever to add Rondo to the team, it wouldn't be a team that wins over 30 games. But with T-12, and Mo continue to progress to become the superstars that they are destined to be, as well as Vuccimane becoming even more of a beast. This team is already destined for greatness soon! Top 5 PIck in 2014, and having the capspace will push us over the top for that following year. I was just throwing around an idea in my end. At the end of the day heck we can just send our tpe to the PIstons for Villanueva and another draft pick

Conspiracy theory: if Dwight doesn't resign in LA, the first and second picks next year will somehow wind up with Boston and the Lakers. NBA is not going to allow their two most storied franchises to suffer through an extended rebuild.

if he's worth a max deal then pay him, that simple. If he's improved enough to deserve a max deal then pay him if not then don't. There is so much unknown at this point to even worry about this, how do we know if we offer him a fair deal he won't take it? you don't know that at this point, nobody does. IDK i hate talking about these things because it's just speculating about something that's not happening soon where there are so many variables to consider.

I just don't think he will be worth that max deal. Yes, they are willing to pay players...and I have said before that we are very lucky, as fans, to have ownership that isn't concerned with money. However, just handing out huge deals didn't work in the past, I don't see why it would in the future.
