+1

Thanks for enabling me to bump my post count. I haven't been keeping track, but I'd guess I've put down 400 posts in a week, 300 in these 4 threads I think.

lol yeah man seriously... i went from ~9,700 posts to whatever it is now (10,500?) in a matter of days as well... 1470-1500 replies/posts equals 98-100 pages for each thread... that's mind boggling lol... so by the end of this thread there will be around 7350-7500 posts total (and counting obviously)
(5 x 1470 or 1500 = 7350-7500)

crazy

It's been ugly. Hope we can clear this one up tonight and start fresh for media day. Seems like everyone is done arguing about Otis vs. Dwight.

On the CP3 to the Clippers thing, where they want him to accept his player option and they'll trade for him, is that something Dwight has ever mentioned?

The negatives of taking the option are that you don't have a contract if you get injured in that year. I don't know what else is bad, cause he'd be starting at 19 mil with a new 5-year deal anyway.

Can't wait for the season to start, regardless of who is on our team! Anxious to see how BBD fits in and how his intangibles impact our game. Also hoping that Jameer, Hedo, JRich, JJ come out guns a blazing and show Howard what he will be missing if he leaves! When motivated and healthy, those guys can play lights out! If Howard really can put in 70% of FTs and he has improved his passing from post to perimeter guys, look out..

and if not, we'll still make the thread entertaining... as always... and post every freakin nba related tweet and article we can find about any team lol

The calm before the storm, the league was so quiet today.
Smart / Micic / D. Wright
Wiggins / Exum / J. Adams
Parker / K. Anderson / Mcdermott
Randle / Vonleh / Stokes

winning cures everything. it happened with kobe it can happen here dec. 26 will be epic.

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

Winning does cure everything...I doubt we would be in this mess if we had beat the Hawks...Near first place by the All Star Game plus a few nice trades and everything could totally change.

It's hard imagining him in a Mavs jersey. seeing as how they're all heart and he's no heart.

Kidd
VC (Terry still as 6th man)
Odom
Dirk
? (maybe Dalembert)

I like the way Cuban does it. Still will contend to defend title and set themselves up for FA in the summer.

RT @TheAkronHammer: Hasheem Thabeet went from No. 2 overall pick to amnesty waivers in 30 months. That's impressive

what was the point of using the amnesty on him? wasn't he on a rookie contract?

I'd pick him up if we could (don't we have to be under the cap?) for really cheap as a back-up C... you can't teach height (well both in this case lol he kind of stunk and couldn't learn... but he's still tall as sh*t)

Here's the majority of the Dwight Howard interview on 12/11/11. He hasn't talked to Otis Smith since http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/19094719
