No. We won't.

If Mike Miller signs in Miami tonight, Dwyane Wade will play PG. No way Miller is gonna be a 6th man.

Wade (Chalmers)| Miller| James| Bosh| Anthony?

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

I really am not afraid of Mike Miller and Joel Anthony. And the fact that those 2 guys are starting makes me think that the bench is even worse.

Now is the time. It's do or die.

ya umm when Deezy posts this...WOW

D12 will be fouled out by halftime vs Heat

Well, I try to be as optimistic as I possibly can, but at the end of the day you have to accept reality. Unfortunately for us (as well as the rest of the NBA), arguably the two best players in the game have joined forces and brought along one of the best PF's to be their sidekick. Considering all of these guys are in their primes and assuming good health, there's really no sense in having the playoffs.

Unless Otis pulls a miracle out of his hat and brings in Chris Paul (+), I don't think we even have a shot at keeping the games close, let alone the series. Ditto for the Lakers.

It can't be possible for them to sign Mike Miller unless he signs for the Minimum right?

Ok then we'll be better at the 2 and 5. I like Nelson and Carter better than Wade and Miller.

Well, I ran my mile, showered, iced my knee, and thought for a while.

And after reading the other posts in this thread, I have to say I agree, without CP3 we have absolutely no chance at winning it next year.

What a huge off season for Florida Teams!!!

Lebron, Wade, Bosh, and Chris Duhon. That star power is just incredible!

It all depends. If the Beasley trade goes through... and how much under the max each of them sign for. They've already shown themselves to be unselfish by taking less than the max. The question is, how low below the Max will they go? If they trade Beasley and each take one million less than the max, I think they could make a 4 or 5 million dollar a year offer to Miller.

It is just going to be annoying thread after annoying thread about how good Miami is and how they are going to beat the crap out of us because we aren't as good.

I think there's always a chance of beating a team. I'm not gonna be afraid of the Heat, although I dislike them infinitely more than I did before.

I think we have a shot this year. I'm not sold on the Big 3 and scrubs being better than us in their first year. They have to develop chemistry and a lot has to fall in place for them this year(health wise) since if 1 of them goes down, I don't know how good they will be. No one knows how good they will be. We are still an elite team in the league that has good chemistry now. I really wouldn't be surprised to see them lose in Year 1, but once they get better role players via draft and MLE (ring chasers) they will be almost unstoppable.
