That deal makes no sense for GS. Why would they want Jameer when they have Curry?

Magical is full of it. Again.

It's no different than what we've said for the past year.Magical is just a fan who has opinions, just like us here... he's likely a regular poster or at least a lurker here, too. He doesn't have inside info. He doesn't know what goes on behind the scenes. He's made up some pretty wild predictions in the past. I wish people would stop quoting him like he's working for ESPN. He's just trying to get followers.

Magic bigs with trade : D12, Biedrens, Orton, Big Baby, Harper. I like it. It is being discussed.

Could this be happening? How reliable is this guy?

Curry is the only point guard they have on the team I believe.

Monta played some point for them so Jameer would take his spot and play point while Curry plays SG?

Do we have Dwight's bird rights if we keep him all season and he opts out? Or does the bird rights get lost in the action of him opting out?

nothing interesting

The Los Angeles Lakers have signed Gerald Green, the team announced.

The Knicks are trying to sign Jamal Crawford, Maurice Evans or Shawne Williams with their $2.5 million room exception:

Clippers say Chauncey Billups will be at practice Wednesday

That's probably come from our end. I would be shocked if GS were pushing for something like that. Sure, they could clear some cap room, but that doesn't appear to be their goal right now. Not to mention they have no need for Jameer.

It is funny.

The main thing Magical is crushed for is the proposed CP3 trade from draft night a couple years ago.
People killed him for it and then it comes out from multiple sources after the fact that he was correct. The Hornets agreed to a trade and then backed out at the last minute.

His "rumors" make for fun board discussion so if you take them for that I don/t see the problem.

If that's what he's crushed for, what is he known for?

Yes we still have his Bird rights. In fact, if we don't trade him, we are the ONLY team who can give him the full 5 yr, max raise money. It's something to think about. Do you dare take that gamble? See if he is willing to lose potentially like $25-30 mil of guaranteed money? I kind of think he would still walk if he found a situation he preferred. He has enough money to the point where he would prefer winning over that money (which is VERY ironic....because it's the exact same situation as basically agreeing to take like $5 million less per yr and just resign with the Magic to give us enough cap room to sign another star). Yet no superstar sees it like that, cuz it's an ego thing at that point to get max money. Hypocrites. :)

@truebluedrew We'd have a deep team to go to war with. Wins and D12's mentality are what keep him here.
