Mil is def the best team we've played all year by far. They will probably win the title if Giannis is healthy. They got tons of depth, tons of shooting, rim protection, defense, exceptional ball movement and an alien.
Hope Paolo and Franz are taking notes from this Mil team. They have been beaten down thoroughly by them.

Damn. I was worried Markelle might not make it that long in the air.

The team had momentum but when Cole let Carter score on him after the broken play it just killed the momentum. Then Fultz chucked it away and it was a 4 point swing which became a 6 point swing, and now 8 point.
Not blaming the whole game on Cole, but that little run was killed by him and buried by Fultz.

We could go on a meaningless 4-game win streak and pick 9th.Rainwater wrote:

Honestly was not as close as the score may have suggested. Completely dominated in all facets of the game. This was not in doubt at any point.

Play in hope is over. This team will not win enough games. If I were the coaches and GMs, I'd tank the rest of the season and hope for a top pick

Fact is, Milwaukee is pretty good. They’re going to be tough to beat in the playoffs. They’re rounding into form.

True but I feel like the teams in front of the magic are still competing for the play ins and may offset those magic wins.

Milwaukee just beat The Magic wire to wire.
They are the best team in the NBA and the Championship Teams do it well when the stars are out.
Still, this is disappointing given how Giannis and Holiday were out.
The Play-In hopes got pretty dim tonight though.

These last two games against Mil have been thoroughly demoralizing. Giant reality checks.Howard Mass wrote:Milwaukee just beat The Magic wire to wire.

Sum up our season, if it’s not Carter, then it’s the Little’s, the Nwora’s, or the Burk’s of the basketball world.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.-John 3:16

Yea I knew it was unlikely but I held hope that we could at least stay in the fight. This game broke me. The play in door is closed now

Re: 2022-2023 Regular Season Game 66: Milwaukee Bucks (46-18) at Orlando Magic (27-38) - 7pm
Looking at Tankathon...
I really don't think the Magic can catch any of the teams already at 31 wins. 4.5 games is a lot to make up with just 16 to go.
I don't really think they'll catch OKC either.
So that leaves Indiana and Chicago.
But looking at the remaining schedule for the Magic... what's the best case scenario? 8-8 finish? 7-9 finish?
I think there's a very good chance they finish 5th worst still.

I think at this point you gotta try and finish 5th worst, pray to whatever deity/deities you believe in, and maybe turn this into a play in team next year.
