Yeah... Putin really wants to drag the worldnin flames before he dies huh. That old mfcker is drstroying the world economy in general and his country to be more specific.

Up until last few hours me and my friends were 100% sure this is just another di*** measuring contest between him and West world and there is still objective fear of nuclear end of world and nobody with brain will ingange into another madness. But nop...

Madnass will spread like wildfire if it's not stopped soon. I highly doubt Russia will stop in Ukraine, scandinavian countries are up at his reach after that, so is Poland. In mean time NATO ( Read UK,France, Germany, Spain & US ) are co**kblocked in fear China will support Russia. Any sort of interference of China or Nato and all hands will be on dack and world will once again be in flames.

Jesus Chris how dumb are we?

Well as a citizen of Poland i am slightly worried but we are in a different position than Ukraine. We have american soldiers stationed here, usa aircrafts patroling our airspace like crazy from yesterday.

For anyone that's reading that's affected I pray that you and your family and friends are all safe.

This is complete madness like pepe said I really thought it was an ego thing between the two but it clearly is not. And as someone that lives in the UK I fear that Boris Johnson will definitely say the wrong thing, it's very interesting here because the UK and London in particular is so corrupt and most of the corruption comes form Russia. I've just seen that Russia now have control over Chernobyl which is not good for us, especially because theres still a lot of nuclear fallout.

Funny thing is we are slowly coming out of this pandemic, countries are dropping all restrictions by the day just to potentially be super close to a world war lol the 2020's is one for the history books if we even have anything to write them on.

The Pacers and the Pelicans also won.

Sadly, Houston went to power-tank mode in their 4tth quarter to lose by 1 point. Having their subs start the 4th to rapidly surrender all of their lead, SHAME!

Lakers just cut Deandre Jordan to pick DJ Augustin.

Deandre really aged poorly.

If I was in our situation I'd leave asap, I am living in Berlin and very concerned. My wife even checked some flight tickets back to Brazil, around 1k euros per pax and that's it.

I can just see it: Augustin hits a step-back 30 foot three being double teamed, to win the Lakers a playoff series.

EDIT: I only just realised the "J" in DJ is for "Gerard". I like DG Augustin even more now !!!

Are 76ers favorite to win it all now?

I have hard time imagining anybody on East who can actually defend Embiid - Harden combo with much efficiency but Bucks, who are without Lopez forever now.

I think they have a great chance. Maxey can focus entirely on scoring now that he doesn't need to shoulder pretty much any playmaking responsibility anymore.

Philadelphia just can't get absolutely nothing from Tobias Harris.

Yea Maxey has been best case scenario of combo guard you can hope, especially when he was drafted.

Tobias thing is strange, he has been trown from his element, doesn't know when and where to get his shots but he is too talented and too experienced to not figure things out. But man oh man, Harden- Embiid pick& roll is unguardable. I haven't seen people bounce off and being soo hopless against defending somebody like Embiid since prime Shaq, guy has been such a dominant force. It's impossible to guard him without double team AND fouling. And him and Harden on same team means that opposing team will be in foul troubles every game.

Up until last few weeks i thought Warriors are favorites, now i'm not so sure. I'm leaning toward 76ers more than anybody else. Especially because most of teams who are contenders don't have center who can contain Embiid without leaving Harden (too) open.

I'd really be interested to see what a healthy, unified BRK would look like. Simmons is really a good fit for them, but will likely take a meaningful period of time to settle in to such a "glue" role. Every day he continues to "prepares to prepare to be prepared to play" makes me less enthusiastic about this year's chances. Curry is a BIG get for BRK and Drummond also fills a need. If they could just get Kyrie in full-time and Harris back, they'd really be stacked! Never thought I'd be rooting for them, but I'd love to see them smash the 76ers and Harden in a first round playoff matchup. Simmons as series MVP averaging a triple-double and lockdown D.

going to see about 30 FT's between Embiid & Harden a night come playoff time

I was going to suggest Chicago. Vucevic has always held ground against Embiid, although I see he got crushed recently, and they have plenty of guard defense. But as a team overall, they don't seem that threatening against good teams, so they'd probably lose badly anyway.

Oh and Vooch sucks against playoff P&R offense so never mind. Maybe if the game was a series of 1-on-1 battles they'd have a chance. :)

Bulls issue have been injuries whole year. I don't think they had starting 5 together for more than 5,6 games whole year.
if Lonzo can go and Caruso is healthy than maybe.

There isn't active nba center today that can guard Embiid. Knicks had 3 people guarding him and almost all 3 fouled out before last 8 min of a game.

On flip side, Lakers are doomed. It's jawdropping how bad they are. Just watched Lakers- Dallas. Dallas was sloppy ,kept missing 3s by their standards and yet when game was on the line they couldn't stop Luka, couldn't stop Brunson, couldn't stop anybody.

edit fact check: Patrick Williams played 5 games whole year, so yea, Bulls didn't have starting 5 healthy more than 5 games
