Also say no Dwight`s wishlist. To make the trades happen we will probably have to take on more bad contracts. We would probably make the playoffs but, the team would be first round bound. Dwight will come out and whine about SVG, his teammates and the city. Howard will leave and we will be stuck with a horrible and overpaid team and no Dwight.

It seems as if the organization is almost splitting into two camps; one camp to trade Dwight now and one camp that says that the team should never trade him under any circumstances.

Mavs' first swipe, I'm told, will be trying to do S-and-T w/Sacramento for Dalembert by using big trade exception from Tyson Chandler deal

So Nene to Jersey, and now this. Leaves only the Lakers. Or is the market actually shutting Dwight out. I mean he is not going to lead any team. Even here we would need someone who could lead the club type of player.

I can't wait till we trade him, and then they ask him "Why did you leave Orlando?

Dwight: I didn't leave Orlando, they traded me. I was still undecided about my free agency.

That one is gonna hurt.

Well looking at it. We should just keep dwight. 28 million is hard to pass up. And i do think that is the bezt chip we have. Take the risk. Do what lakers did with kobe. The reason dwight wants out now is to get that 28 million with his new team (new cba rule). And to me, that only means that Dwight's prjority right now is to get that additional 28 million that why he wants a trade by 2012.

Morning people. I read the last 12 pages or so and realized nothing really has happened yet.

Conflict within the Magic organization seems to be the only update.
Back to refreshing....

I'm going out on a limb here, Crawford to the Blazers. He's from Seattle, isn't he?

I don't care if he told everyone he wanted to leave. You do not trade him. You make him walk away from that guaranteed money.

ESPNSteinLine Marc Stein
If Mavs can get Dalembert on one-year deal, they have replacement for Chandler this season and cap space for 2012 free agency as top bidder

I love how the other teams get guys who help them now and help their chances in free agency in 2012 while we get stuck with Glen Davis for 4 years @ 6.5 per.

In the end, it is all about money. Look at Pujols, he WON championships in St. Louis, was the king of the town and left for 50 million more. Cardinals didn't have the advantage because they couldn't pay him the extra money. Dwight runs Orlando, but the difference is, we have the advantage in being able to pay him 30 million dollars more if he stays in Orlando. It's all about the money and we have to keep him throughout the season, let him feel the love for the fans and hopefully get the pieces to make a big playoff run. I say fire Otis, since the moron doesn't seem to have a clue what he is doing, and get someone competent in here who can make a move that will improve the team enough to go deep in the playoffs. Then Dwight sees how good the year was, how much he loves Orlando and how much he loves 30 million dollars more in his bank account.

Shouldn't be like that, they should just fire Otis.

But if Otis brought in Davis, whom we assume was done for Dwight's benefit, is Otis the one who wants to trade Dwight? Sounds like he's the guy that wants him. Unless someone else pulled the trigger on the Davis deal.

Just noticed Dwight said Hedo looked great, "like 09 Hedo."
