Justin Harper (449)
Kyle O'Quinn (427)
Ish Smith (423)
E'Twaun Moore (414)
Christian Eyenga (411)
Andrew Nicholson (378)
Moe Harkless (365)
Josh McRoberts (304)
Nikola Vucevic (282)
Quentin Richardson (259)
Gustavo Ayon (214)
Hedo Turkoglu (192)
Al Harrington (143)
Glen Davis (141)
So only JJ, Meer, and AA are left
With 30 teams in the league, the best 150 should be at a starters quality (30 X 5), and assuming a ten-man rotation, players 151-300 should be back-up quality. As Jameer, Jonathan, and Arron will be in the top 150, this means that this website projects Orlando to have five NBA starters at the PG, SG, SG, PF, and PF slots. There are quality backups at the SF, SF, C and C slots.
ESPN project Orlando to have quality and depth for a nine-man rotation. I don't think any of us would place Smith below 400 (a threshold where said player is marginal to be in the league at all).

From ESPN:
With Howard out of Orlando and not much else in the frontcourt, we might get to see a career season from him this year
How can this be true and Davis' ranking decline from last year? For me Davis is near certain to be a top 20 PF in the league this year, which places him around 90-110. But there you go.
