I thought Lane Kiffin was the coach of FIU but its FAU. I didn't realize the season FAU had last year but it does like FAU will be a respectable opponent playing us.

Former Miami coach Butch Davis is at FIU. Yeah IIRC FAU won 10 games last year. They open the season at Oklahoma tomorrow.

Should be interesting to see what if any movement we get in the polls after this win. It’s hard to argue we’re a worse team after putting up better numbers against UConn than frost did last year.

Are they just raising the ticket prices for the FAU game or the rest of the home games this year? I think I got the Pittsburgh and SMU games just in time.

If FAU plays well tomorrow, and if UCF then proceeds to smoke FAU in a few weeks it could be a nice little resume booster for the knights

Actually I just looked the schedule last year for FAU, They didn't really beat anyone that's note worthy. Wisconsin blew them out, That was FAU's 1 chance for a big win. FAU still lost to Navy and Buffalo. Their wins over Bethune Cookman, Middle Tenn, Old Dominion, North Texas, Western Kentucky, Marshall, LA Tech, FIU, Charlotte, North Texas and Akron. All of those teams FAU beat sucks. FAU could play good against us, But when they play us they getting too much hype right now.

Essentially when it gets close to selling out they will be raising prices for any game with heavy demand. Pitt already had a higher price point and could go higher.

Kiffin gets attention for his team. It won’t be a cup cake game because local games always bring the energy. Could FAU beat the Sooners? Sure. Not sure I’m hoping for that.

North Carolina didn't score any points in the 1st half at California, So after the 1st half I wasn't concerned at all about us playing at UNC. But than UNC started scoring in the 2nd half and only lost by a TD so I don't know what to make of UNC and California after week 1.

I got a ticket for the Georgia Tech at USF game, so I go to that game that starts at noon than right after that game, hop on the i-275 north to i-75 north and head to Kentucky at Florida game. This going to be so awesome seeing Georgia Tech at USF and Kentucky at Florida in the same day.

Schedules are made years in advance.

Sometimes their is no avoidance of these games as teams buy out their commitments leaving the home school screwed and scrambling.

I think USF a couple of years ago had Michigan St and maybe Wisconsin bail on them

SCS is not very appetizing from a fan's standpoint.

Hopefully SCS brings their band for probably the most entertaining aspect of the event.

SCS was scheduled about 10'years ago and brought their band, but a heavy downpour occurred before the game and Ucf (GOL) wouldn't let the band perform on the field at halftime.

Everyone really dislikes these types of games.

Watched the Mack TD. He is slow, but goodness if he big. When Milton declares, Mack looks to easily move the Knights to an option-style offense, if need be.

Mack has a really strong arm, and hopefully he will get more PT next week
