I hope we crush them by 30 or so Dwight can see how terrible their supporting cast is compared to ours.

Bought my tickets! Should be a classic w/ all the drama surrounding these two squads. Magic by 30

Honestly, I will be watching that game at midnight from 3000 miles away, but I want to feel the hatred for the Nets through my broadband connection. Our fans need to boo to the rafters every time a NJN player has the ball, any time one of their guys is on the free throw line, any time a decision goes their way. And we need to cheer everything Dwight does to the rafters - every dunk, rebound, block or made free throw needs to be cheered like it brought us the title itself, and every time he's at the free throw line, every Magic fan needs to chant M-V-P at the top of their lungs. He wants to see a top-to-bottom culture change, this a chance to for the fans to show him they can do their part.

I have a horrible feeling that Dwight is going to play olay defense on Lopez to make him look as good as possible.

Bulls have waived Keith Bogans. Otis knows what to do. Full MLE, 4 years.

And after the game Deron and D12 will speak after the game about how soon they are going to team up in Brooklyn :(

I have that feeling also. I hope we are both wrong and he makes Brook Lopez look like he really does. An overrated jump shooting Center who can't rebound.
Not changing this Sig until the Orlando Magic win a championship (Technically Started 1-30-08)

I started laughing, then I realized you are 100% right and I fully expect a 4 year 22 million dollar contract thrown his way

I'm so depressed about Lopez or Bynum that I can't even put effort anymore. And for those asking about what happens if we get off to a hot start: with all of these distractions and Dwight with one foot out the door, do you guys really think we can start 15-5???

Here is why we dont trade dwight and include Hedo.

With how history has gone for us the most likely thing to happen is hedo turns out to be back to his 09 form. Dwight goes on to have the best year of his carrer due to better offense and free throw shooting. Him hedo and the new team click and win the championship and daight gets mvp.

That would hurt more than letting him walk at the end of this year. If we play out the season hopefully dwight goes off has a real mvp season and we go deep in the playoffs or win it. That will make it harder for him to walk.

Just my thoughts.
Gotta love Loyalty! Go Magic!

You know what happens if we get off to a hot start.......Dwight still leaves and Orlando screws up their lottery pick. I honestly believe only a miracle can keep Howard in Orlando. I just want this all to be over so I can get on with my life.

If you really care about the Magic and basketball in general, then you never want to lose. I never want to see a team tank on purpose. I don't care if Dwight has one foot out the door, you play to win regardless. I can't stand half-azz effort.

That just breeds contempt in the locker room and kills team chemistry.

In my mind, the Magic need to kick-azz and go all out just to show Dwight they mean business and the game will take care of itself.

If you know Dwight's gone, trade him and let the tanking begin! THIS DRAFT CLASS IS BEING CALLED THE BEST SINCE LEBRON CARMELO BOSH AND WADE. TANK TANK TANK.

Then start winning all over again. Look, we sucked for many years until we were lucky enough to get the #1 pick and draft Dwight. Same for Cleveland and Lebron. After this summer, most superstars will be locked up. We have no choice but to tank and draft the next superstar. Again, only if the FO knows Dwights 100% gone.

The day the Magic trades Dwight is the day I give up on the Magic. . .

I would prefer this goes on all season. I would prefer to ruin Dwights image and let him walk. I think it would be great to watch him get bood by his own fans all year. I think it's about time we stand up to these punks.

Return to Orlando Magic
