I'm telling you guys we already have our big 3 , Oladipo, Harris , and Vucevic . These three guys will lead our team for years to come . Oladipo will be a superstar . I am hoping we pick up a PG though because I think I prefer Oladipo at SG . That way he can concentrate on scoring and defense . I think he will always be a decent assist guy , but I don't want him to be hamstrung by having to facilitate the entire offense

if including Harris's name as part of a big 3 you mean a large SF them yes you're right. Otherwise that's a joke. He'd be a role player next to a real superstar.

Yet another ignorant statement . How do you know that ? Harris has a lot of potential and he showed it last season when he actually got a chance to play . Why you people write off players before giving them a chance to develop is beyond me .

pfffffft... stfu. based on what? His pers and all that other bull? Role player next to a star, **** quote me. his potential is what he is right, not a good player, not a bad player. I think the redick / Harris trade was a wash in terms of the level of player we got.

Lets be realistic people we were 20-62 last season. The only one on this team we can call a championship piece at this point is maybe Nikola Vucevic. The rest of the team are good young assets with potential. The likely hood of one or two more of them turning into something special is slim. Our best bet at landing our next superstar is not through free agency but by drafting one of Parker, Wiggins, Randle, or Smart.

Additionally too many people are banking on Dipo turning into Russell Westbrook or Dwayne Wade. He'll be 22 before the end of the season. I've liked what he's shown so far, but he could also turn into the next Dejaun Wagner.

So while I'm excited to see our young guys improve, let us not get ahead of ourselves and start counting our chickens before they hatch. One of Harris and Harkless will likely be trade bait. The other may not turn into anything other then a fourth option role player. Dipo's play in the next two years will tell us if it was a mistake taking him, I hope not...but I'm not putting a superstar label on him unless he dramatically improves. I'm not sold on Vucevic either. If he got the ball more, maybe he'd be less streaky with his games. Big men take a longer time to season.

So let's stop attacking each other on here for individual opinions on whether this guy or this guy is our superstar. As of right now they are young guys with potential. Let's see how it plays out and hopefully we get another high lotto pick. Henny's done a good job righting the train wreck that was the Otis/Dwight era. Just enjoy the ride for now.

Regarding guys like AA, Big Baby and Jameer, has Rob come out and said anything about trading them or is it just speculation so far on the part of us the fans? I agree that we should especially with AA's value at an all time high, just wondering if anything has been said or if we are speculating because it makes sense.

Nothing specific. ESPN's Mark Stein reported that we were open to trading Jameer and wanted a first (was on realgm wiretap), but no source was cited. I have not heard any rumors on AA or BBD recently. Yep, this is the speculation thread, where we um...speculate.
