Has to be 3 year deals but you get around that by loading year 1 and making options for team to get out of it in 2nd year(Wafer)

I've tried.......but I can't, I just can't get behind this deal.

Several hours after hearing about it, it still sucks big balls, I'm sorry.

This is bullsh*t. I doubt we really scare away any FAs if we traded Dwight somewhere else, they have seen what he has put us through........Hell, some of them even commented on it.

I don't agree with this. The Knicks punished Marbury, and it didn't change anyone's desire to play for them the moment they had money to play with.

Sitting Dwight on the bench is not going to change the fact that all NBA players love the tax breaks we provide them in the Sunshine State. I don't buy into this "the players won't come if we sit Dwight" theory at all. Everyone will forget all about this the moment we have a bunch of state tax-free money to burn. We have always been a popular destination in the free agent market.
