No one on this roster is untouchable, including AG.

But you don't trade him just because he isn't showing the same production as other 21 year olds. That isn't how to run business. If you trade him, it is because there was a good offer out there.

We traded Dipo and Harris because it was time to pay them. We can choose to have Gordon on two more years of a rookie deal. Unless someone is offering a high pick or an established star, this isn't the time to trade Gordon. We can visit that when his contract is winding down.

Good. Stan can keep him and that contract

you mean that contract that is $5mil less than what we paid Fournier?

Not sure how that is relevant at all. I don't want a 26 year old with knee issues and locker room issues on a big contract.

you think Reggie has a bad contract. Fournier's contract is worse

Agreed. Just tired of people constantly giving him a pass because of his age. He isn't on the hot seat to get traded, but his value exceedingly outweighs his production at this juncture.

Not even worth debating that with you. Fournier got payed when the salary cap took a huge jump && is 3 years younger without the knee issues and locker room issues Reggies has. All I was stating is I don't want Reggie because of his knee issues and his reported locker room issues which makes his contract a bad one in my opinion. Whether you think Fourniers is a bad one or not too is not relevant to this situation at all.

Honestly, I'm all in for Butler if I was the Magic front office. But I would keep Ross and hopefully Gordon. Butlers contract is great for a superstar and the length of the contract works in giving us time to set up a team around him. I would like to keep the top pick this year but if we got butler then I would not really complain much. But we do need a point guard badly. There are some to be had. Darren collision might work if we can resign him here or even sign him after free agency starts. I don't see many potential point guards out there in free agency. Draft might make some available if we lose out on our top pick. I'm just really hoping any trades we do in the next couple days don't screw us. I've been sleeping with one eye open checking my phone for updates hoping not to find a bad trade AGAIN. But one good thing is that I don't think we can make a worse one than Sacramento just did. Especially Henny knowing his job is on the line.

This way is different and unlike the rest. We are actually going to finish in top 5 positions and be on track to draft one of the big time players. Even after Fultz and Ball, guys like Jackson, Isaac and Smith Jr are great talents. Either one of those 5 on this team would be the most talented draft pick in RH's tenure with us. This isn't 2015 or 2014 where it was a 3 to 4 player draft and we came up short by one pick. Each one of those 5 players has all star potential on them.

I don't see star potential in Josh Jackson and most of what I read on him says he's our next AG

If Darren Collison is a big thing we are better off keeping ep4 a starter, Collison is garbage

We traded Harris 49 games into a 4 year contract.

You are aware that the contract goes with the player in a trade, correct? It isn't like we paid a lump sum up front and then traded a sunken cost.

Like I said we paid him then traded him, you're trying to compare him and dipo, we traded dipo before we had to pay him, different scenarios

This is a response to someone asking about that tweet I shared earlier stating that Hennigan loves Jackson but we may not get him

Who is paying Harris new contract? Orlando or Detroit?

Who is paying Dipo's new contract? Orlando or OKC?

Who cares which team offered the contract? $$ is the common factor here. One was traded on draft night just before signing a new deal and the other early into the first year of a new deal.

Players get a pass over their rookie deals. At and around the time of their second contract is when the harsh judgements come and they come swiftly.

You been watching the wrong games. He is a top 3 talent. His shooting is what worries most scouts but he keeps improving every month. We would be lucky to land him after the sh*t lottery luck we've had this rebuild.

Hennigan "loves" Jackson? My confidence in Hennigan continues to free-fall.

Actually dream scenario for me right now especially since I am half asleep anyway is we get Jackson from Detroit. Get butler from Chicago without giving up our top pick this year. Basically probably have to give up most of out team to get that. Get PG in free agency the next year. Draft pg to groom with the top pick and when we get to '18 we are Jackson/Ross/butler/PG/biyombo. With our drafted pg getting heavy minutes and taking over eventually. Like I said. Dream scenario and I know it will never happen lol.

Sounds like we are pretty set on replacing our starting PG. Watch us get Rubio.

Would not surprise me either if Payton is moved in the deal to get us a PG.

Hopefully. We could really set our sights on the lowest amount of ppg in nba history.

Vogel to Hennigan: I will start Watson until you get me George Hill.

Rubio is definitely one to watch.

My money is on Darren Collison, though.
