I guess I can finally bury my unapologetic optimist vision of a mature, seasoned Hezonja returning with a newfound reality check. Another guy with all the tools and measurables and nothing useful between his ears.

TRoss, it's not too late for you...wake up and be the star you were genetically engineered to be

(not necessarily any connection between any of the 3, but these stories are what give me pause about Sharpe...perfect on paper, but you just don't know where his head and his heart are at)

There are plenty of Hezonja interveiws that are cringe last couple of years that didn't break into America, and better that they didn't.
One of most delusional persons i ever had "honor" to read about. Not just sports. Guy lives in this fantasy world and has no touch wirth reality.

Imo he is kid that grew up without parents to guide him, he ended up in Barcelona at age of 14, he was told he is amazing just because he had talent , i don't think he really likes basketball, rather plays it because money is there, he wasted majority of his talent because he was chasing imige of player he viewed himself being and his ego can't handle any sort of authority.

Waste.

big portion of athletes especially nba players are delusional, but Hez is next level.

Franz didn't make top three in ROY lol. Stats don't matter anymore to a lot of these awards.

Just a big popularity contest, hopefully it benefits us. I hope Franz takes it to another level next season.

I am also going to use my Ego here to declare that I also REFUSE to play in the NBA. It is a discriminatory league. It does not value 50 year olds with one ACL, undersized and over-weight. Why would I be part of this "system".
(( p.s. my 3-ball shot is also not very good ))

My point: Hezonja is not a player on any team's radar, at all.

I stand with you (limping a bit) and join you in your NBA boycott...my name was probably not too far down the list after Hezonja's of players that NBA FO's were pondering

(that is, not at all  )

I was standing under a hoop yesterday and couldn't believe how far away the rim looked to me. It used to seem pretty close at times

It's frustrating watching the Wolves because they've built a team how we should've been building our team. Use high picks on offensive talent and pick up defensive specialists late.

Vanderbuilt and McDaniels are basically what we hope JI and Bamba can be and those guys were picks that Weham would trade for a ham sandwich.

Memphis adjustment was to remove Adams from rotation and have Jackson basically take himself and Towns out of game with fouling.
However, Wolves beat themselfs, one of stranges playoff games i've seen.

Minny was up 26 in the first half blew the lead. They got up to around 25pt lead late in the 3rd and still lost. A really strange game. Minny showed complete lack of discipline and experience. And Memphis got exposed, amazing regular season but I thought their supporting cast has a lot to prove and they shouldn't have been down 20+ twice in the same game.

Memphis should find their wing creator, shotmaker as soon as possible if they want to be true contender.
Have no clue who that guy should be tho, some Paul George type

But imo, biggest Memphis issue right now is lack of self awarness, they won 60 games as defensive team, i know Adams had bad games, but you can't remove somebody who is pivotal for your defense in playoffs and just pretend you are same team.
Memphis is 18-3 without Morant mostly again- due defense, witch doesn't mean much since it's regular season, but it is still indicator that they win majority of games on defense, and Morant is crown jewl of their offense but also not as pivotal as his stats would suggest.

Minessota is blowing golden opportunity to knock them. By far strangest playoff series in last few years.

Is Adams pivotal for their defense though? I didn't watch them much in the regular season but he hasn't been a very good defender in years, his impact is mostly due to his elite offensive rebounding and screensetting. Memphis defense has looked way better with him on the bench in this series, he was getting cooked by Towns when he played.

What's the expected outcome for Mo Bamba's RFA this summer? Is there a spot for him on the team next season? Wondering if my Raptors could get themselves another big who can hit threes.

That Charlotte team has no discipline whatsoever. Its what caused his firing but if you best player and PG(Ball) has a 'lets have fun who cares' attitude its hard to fix that unless you bring a season coach with a record of strong success that can get his attention and bring in some veteran leadership to help.
