Important to note that Golden State has tried to trade Ellis to other teams, including the Bulls and Lakers, and have been unsuccessful. The options are dwindling.

I really hope this trade goes thru, gives us the scorer we need, also a seat filler cause he provides antertaining bbal, and its possible dwight wants to stay after this, if sjax comes also that gives dwight 3 of his buddies on one team, hopefully we can keep ryan, and it looks like we will probably end up staring Q since jj n jrich go out, its a good thing tho, defensively we have 3 guys capable of masking ellis short comings in Q sjax and dwight, also Q doesn't need a lot of shots to be effective so more shots for ellis and dwight since so many feel ellis isn't effective without a ton of shots, I still feel he's westbrook lite, but even if ellis need a lot of shots to be effective 1 he will get them 2 if he doesn't get shots him just having the ball brings attention off of other players, he can attack the basket as he is difficult to guard
