Maybe "happy" was the wrong adjective to use. I'd be more accepting if we HAD to trade Dwight because I'd be comfortable & confident in our new FO to build a contender the right way. All we need is a little Pat Williams Magic and we're rolling.

If we actually put together a competent staff led by Lindsey and/or Hennigan, and Dwight STILL wants to leave, then there is no love lost. That would prove to me he has a sense of entitlement and his character is douchey. I mean he could at least do us the respect of waiting a year to see how the new staff would clean up the mess Otis left without already having made his decision regardless of what changes we make.

I am annoyed, but that is because I just found out that some company was undercutting us by trying to steal customers from a business we are contracted only to do business with. But, I caught them red handed and just did my investigation and gave it to the higher powers to do their thing.

Oh yeh, some of the new ladies (been here a month) haven't been thorough with their work documenting in our system. Thus, I am quite annoyed about that also as I am running into problems. Like 5 times in the last 2 days. I am all about quality being a prime example of our company.

Official Speculation Thread (Pt. XXVI: Offseason Edition)

I'm going out on a limb here and saying that if we hire Jeff Bower, then I don't blame Dwight for wanting to leave.

I don't think that's going out on a limb. That's like calling yourself a daredevil for standing on a chair... while wearing a helmet, safety goggles, flamesuit, lifewest, neckbrace, elbow and kneepads, mouthguard, safety line attached to the ceiling, mattresses all around you, parachute on your back and an ambulance on standby if anything goes wrong.

It's unbelievable. We know very little about Bower and nobody is even willing to be open to this guy.

I'd rather have Lindsey, but people are acting like Bower has already wronged us.
I like this team

It's because Bower might be worse than Otis.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but apparently the Magic will be taking a close look at Justin Harper's old teammate from Richmond, Kevin Anderson, for a spot at the PG position. He should be suited up for summer league play for Orlando, and word is the team is pretty high on him after seeing him play while scouting Harper last year.

No more PG's under 6'2", this guy is basically a younger Jameer.
