Eyes on the prize as I said. The prospective talent coming in this draft even if you aren't in the top-5 but in the next top 10 is insane. You can't get these kind of guys in FA or Trades without giving something up big. So the chance to get these guys for the next 5 years or so is just mouth-watering for the tanking teams.

I get it but it's not good for the league. Honestly, they should adjust the percentages again. Something like very slight changes for 1-14 and then even giving the next 4 teams (playoff teams, yes) small odds on a 4-10 pick somehow.

I think we need to go all in and start resting players. They should sit Chuma, WCJ, Ennis, and Ross tomorrow. It would be exciting to see some of the other players getting high usage.

Yeah, I wish it was us.

Not sure why we have to see Bacon, Ross, and Ennis anymore this year. Also not sure why they don't rest players that have been playing every game. Even playoff teams are resting players, because of the compressed schedule.

Only 20 games left in regular season. The race to the bottom is on. This should be very interesting. I hope we dont win any more than 1 or 2 games, 3 at the most.

Umm we run with RJ Hampton and Cole Anthony. 2 guards who would struggle to be starters on upper level college team today.

As some expert about draft wrote, any player projected to be in top 10 this year, would automatically become second best Orlando player.

Cliff plays guys like MCW and Ross, but MCW is by far our best guard (God, what a sad times) , and he is playing like 20 min and splits those min with two guys i mentioned above, who don't belong in nba today. That's active tanking.

Houston rolled out vs Warriors for 30+ min Wood, Wall and Olynyk , they are less of a tanker than we are.

Only team that is making mockery of tanking is OKC; but that's same OKC team that on start of a season was actually pretty damn solid, that's why they still have 20 wins despite losing 7 of last 8.

Tbh it will be interesting to see how rewarding sucking is, given reformed draft. It will be hilarious if Warriors and Pacers leapfrog over all those tankers.

The Toronto win puts them closer to overtaking Chicago for the last play-in slot.

Obviouslly i don't agree that most players will be good, let alone great, but it's not hard to imagine Suggs,Green and Cade will have better careers than anybody on Magic not named Isaac.

From rest of a group, only Ross and Porter are having respecful, long nba career. Others are either young and bad or just bad.

Yea, OKC is the only team tanking hardcore in the moment. All the other teams play there vets & best players. Just in the last few days Houston won a game because of Wall, Detroit won a game because of Cory freaking Joseph, Cleveland won 1 or 2 games since Kevin Love is back, Minnesota plays all there best players, Toronto keeps Lowry out but still plays Siakam, OG, Trent & FVV should be back soon too, Sacramento plays every one, Washington plays Beal & Russ....

Over the last 10-games, here are the bottom 15 teams:
New York Knicks 5-5
San Antonio Spurs 2-8
Golden State Warriors 3-7
Indiana Pacers 5-5
New Orleans Pelicans 5-5
Chicago Bulls 3-7
Sacramento Kings 4-6
Toronto Raptors 4-6
Oklahoma City Thunder 1-9
Cleveland Cavaliers 3-7
Washington Wizards 4-6
Orlando Magic 3-7
Detroit Pistons 4-6
Houston Rockets 2-8
Minnesota Timberwolves 3-7

I picked to this as this is the clear line of teams that do not have a winning record over the last 10. Whereas from just above NYKs, yo have this list:
Utah Jazz 8-2
Phoenix Suns 8-2
Philadelphia 76ers 6-4
Brooklyn Nets 7-3
LA Clippers 8-2
Denver Nuggets 9-1
Los Angeles Lakers 5-5
Milwaukee Bucks 4-6
Portland Trail Blazers 6-4
Dallas Mavericks 7-3
Charlotte Hornets 7-3
Atlanta Hawks 6-4
Memphis Grizzlies 6-4
Miami Heat 5-5
Boston Celtics 6-4

So over the last-ten: from Utah to Boston, almost all teams have a winning record and from New York to the Babywolves, no team has a winning record.

But I agree that Oklahoma City is not obviously feeling thir best effort. Man: even Houston has a couple wins over ten games.

Houston got far enough behind where they can play everyone now. They've been resting players all year. If Houston put a few wins together, they'd sit everyone again.

OKC played everyone early and now they're trying to tank.

I still feel that people are missing out that we really have 2 shots at getting that number 1-5 pick whereas all other teams just have one...

Am I way off here?

Did Chicago feel bad for fleecing us and remove the 1-4 protections on their picks?
