We don’t know how much Mo’s attitude or lack of professionalism plays into that, I assume a significant amount.

But make no mistake, this is not an injury situation. Bamba could be out there right now if Clifford wanted him to he and he simply doesn’t.

Bamba is the better player in my eyes, but Clifford apparently doesn’t want to reward him with minutes for not doing the right things.

Unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Let's wait and see, no rush, we have Vuc and birch doing solid job in meantime.

Bamba was drafted as a long term project, luckily, our front office is more patient than you guys

There is no rush

Ah yes. Lottery pick non existent for 3 seasons to a team that was talent starved at the time. No problem because he’s a huge project.

Ayton, Bagley, Doncic, Young, JJJ, Carter, Sexton, Knox, Mikael Bridges, Shai, Miles Bridges, J Robinson, MPJr, Troy Brown, however get healthy minutes, decent roles, or are starters from the 2018 draft.

Magic just happened to draft the huge project that can’t get minutes. No rush whatsoever.

By the way, Bamba was cleared for full contact and available for the season opener Dec 23rd. So are they lying that he isn’t healthy, is he actually worse than Birch, or does Clifford not want to play him for other reasons? Which is it.

Either way, it looks like a botched pick and is a great way to devalue your assets/ talent pool by not giving him an opportunity or moving him for players that can contribute. Bacon and Ennis are questionable starters and Orlando’s bench isn’t solid enough for excuses to be made.

Love the rationalization here.

Guys... don't you get it? You are all playing chess while our FO is playing checkers. We are obviously inflating Khem's trade value for a mega-blockbuster trade!!

I mean, they’d probably use Bamba more than us and Miles can’t be worse than Ennis and Bacon.

ESPNs power ranking has Orlando at #18 after going 3-0. There are winless teams above Orlando !!!

If the season ended today the six Easter playoff teams would be: 1-Cleveland, 2-Orlando, 3-Indiana, 4-Atlanta, 5-Philadelphia, and 6-Brooklyn

And the four play-in teams: 7-Miami, 8-New York, 9-Boston, and 10-Milwaukee

Staying home would be: Charlotte, Detroit, Toronto, Washington, and Chicago.

Chill with the bickering. Just ignore.

Anyway, small sample size but it's amazing how good our lineup without Bacon and with Ross is.. like.. we're not a good team with Bacon starting and we're **** amazing with Ross in.

We all love TRoss as fire off the bench but...why not put him at starting SF? The guy looks like a star out there. Makes me less worried about the inevitable parting with Evan. It's not like hockey where we change lines, substitutions will be staggered...the guy is already getting 30 mins..is this some psychological deal, like KG and Isaac wanting to be listed at 6 foot 12 inches?

Ross requested it and I agree. Unless Evan is willing to be in the bench...

Who will realistically score in our bench unit?
Our backup PG maybe?
You trust MCW to chuck his 3s or his wild drives? Then Bacon would be the SF... if he cant score with the starters, can he with the bench?
Okeke? He hesitates a lot even when he is open
Birch? Lol

Random idea, but imagine if teams started 'loaning' players instead of trading them? Ie, Golden State looks at their start to the season and agrees to loan Curry to another team for the season (maybe two?) whilst they try to retool quickly. For the team renting Curry, it's cheaper than selling the team for him and allows him to stay on a competitive team whilst GSW gets healthy and fresh.

Dangerous stuff. What, if ,week before deadline, Nets decide to loan Towns for rest of a year ?

Wolves do it for tanking, Nets for championship, Towns for ring. Everybody wins. But parity.

Imo main issue that kills most rebuilds are long guaranteed contracts that teams aquire to get picks. It's just painful to pay some random John Wall 3 years $140 M just because you wanted pick, and he is no longer worth that money.

Money should be guaranteed to player, but not kept on salary, if he is vaiwed.

Because Orlando would have no second-unit scoring.

Ross is "great" because he is being defended by non-starters.
