We cannot continue to sit and wait, they've got to make a move and we don't need a middle-round pick when our 11th pick can't even get minutes.

Tyus
Suggs
Franz
Paolo
WCJ

Bench - Cole, Black, Wagner, FA 3/4 TBD

Deep Bench- Houstan Howard

Go get a good backup 3/4 in FA and let Ingles continue to play spot minutes and a 3rd PF/C and let's move into an actual playoff team

We can’t afford to wait and the answer is Tyus Jones? He’s a good player but he’s just a stopgap kind of guy so we’d still be waiting for someone better than him.

I wouldnt send a top 3 protected 1st of ours, and it seems like other teams have been reluctant to send a 1st for Tyus which the Wizards want. Reports came out today that the 76ers want him but dont want to send a 1st.

I think Fultz & Den 1st makes the most sense in that scenario then.

Tough choice. Tyus would be a good starter right now and propably great reserve in the future. On the other hand we dont have that much ammo to get a star. If we spend assets too soon or on not good enough players we will land in treadmill land.

He is more talented than Bitadze but not enough to close the gap between keeping Bitadze and having assets from WCJ... or more fitting player.

Everyone wanted Wendell last season. He'd put teams like the Clippers, Laker, Knicks, and OKC in a good position.

He’s not necessarily the answer but could be one of the better options that’s available. He’d definitely help us take another small step and alleviate so many issues we’ve got.

I just want this FO to be done with the Fultz era it’s cooked he’s EP 1.5 and it’s exhausting watching same crap happen.

Denver 25 and Fultz would be my first offer but if they want more I’d think hard about it.

End of rant is just do something to get anything resembling a proper PG in 2024.
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

Trade Cole this summer for a better fit after Tyus is re-signed

Sign Claxton in the summer

Simons/Tyus
Suggs/AB/Jett
Franz/Ingles/Houston
Paolo/Mo
Claxton/Goga/JI
THE PLAN

Edit: Simons is overkill though

It would be the max I would offer for Simons and the picks would be protected to some degree. I think a better deal would be WCJ and a lightly protected 1st.

I think I saw that Kennard's knee is thrashed...like he might be done thrashed.

He's strictly a shooter - that's an overrated creature. We could get Fournier for nothing this summer to do better than Kennard - Evan has some fleas, but he's athletic and can score in different ways.

Depends how good you actually want to be. Tyus would be a great improvement...but how far does that really take us?

Does anyone know where Weltman lives? or his email? We need him to make a trade for our mental health.

I can't take this lack of guard production anymore

Wendell in the trade block? That means we are keeping Goga. Guess that Mikal Bridges rumor would come true? I just do not see it

Warriors send us CP for Wendell straight up

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

TBH, Jalen Suggs is a 3 and D player. Cole hasn't been himself lately. Markelle is our only pure PG. AB is a rookie. If I have a choice, I'd upgrade our PG slot thru a trade. We need consistent explosiveness and scoring from our guard spot. Right now, we just do not have any.

Why would you resign to come off the bench while others might give him a starting position

He's not a starter for a hopeful contender. You'd be selling him on playing a consistent role on a winning team that has championship aspirations.
