I like this trade

swap BBD for hedo for Long term salary reasons. have Metta Decline his Player option and a reasonable small contract for ebanks.

Trade Machine isnt correct, it's using last year contracts. D12 will make 19.5M for example.

I think that deal makes sense for both teams, but can't see OKC taking a gamble on a rental -- even though that's a real good shot at a 'ship. Maybe if Dwight wasn't coming off back surgery, they'd do it.

I still don't get why Lakers wouldn't seriously entertain something like this:

Lakers out: Bynum, Gasol
Lakers in: Dwight, Ryno (S&T), JRich

Houston in: Gasol (they obv want a dominant big man....could use Asik as a backup or start Pau at PF and try to move Scola)
Houston out: KMart, Lowry (doesn't want to play for Mchale)

Orlando in: Bynum, KMart, Lowry
Orlando out: Dwight, Ryno (S&T), JRich

Ryno would fit well into the LA system with Kobe and Dwight (plus they add two 3pt specialists in JRich and Ryno....of which they have none right now, one of their main weaknesses). Houston gets their legit big man that Mchale wants...and we get back a large expiring, a great young PG, and the best offensive center in the league ready to prove himself.

If we have to trade him I`ll go with the Rockets, why:

I don`t want Bynum, an injured Kendrick Perkins contained Andrew Bynum. A core of Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Bynum(better that we will have in years) got swept twice in a row, bringing Andrew Bynum to this team will only ensure mediocrity, also his pick and roll defense is horrible.Next year he will demand a huge contract; he could be the next Eddy Curry and after enduring Grant Hill I would avoid Bynum at all cost.

Brook Lopez is due a new contract, and big men are getting paid I`m not going to commit $50 millions on him and his recent injury. Marshon Brooks is an absolute ball-hog.

Why not? Harden is pretty much a rental at this point. With Durant and westbrook getting the max already, i really dont think they will be able to afford to keep harden long term either since he will liekly get the max or something close to it

Atleast with dwight, they would win the championship next year (no one is beating a Howard/durant/wesbrook lead team in a 7 game series)

That assumes that Dwight decides to play at his level... big assumption for a big unhappy baby.

If the rockets are still willing to make a trade, thats my #1 choice too!

I thought the Rockets took their deal off the table.

1. Bringing up Kobe/Gasol/Bynum not working is irrelevant. Bynum is a legit #1 option, #2a option at worst. Wasn't that great of a fit. Why team up a great post scorer like Bynum with a guy like Kobe who takes 30 shots a game and a guy like Gasol who takes 15? Their best year Bynum was out injured and it was Kobe/Gasol/Odom, a much better fit.

2. To the bold: Comparing Eddy Curry to Bynum? Laughable and completely baseless. I am not taking anything you say seriously about Bynum anymore, obviously you just have a personal dislike for him that is blinding you.

Yeah thats true

Although, he does want win a championship ASAP so i think he would play hard for a team that can legitimately win it all next year, plus hes gonna be a FA at the end of the year, and while i doubt he can really do anything to hurt his value, i think he would want to prove hes the best player in the NBA so he can get that big contract and the love from the media that he craves so much

+1 best trade scenario

What do you mean is irrelevant? our goal is to win a championship right, well a core of Kobe, Gasol and Bynum got swept; what record do you think Bynum alone will get us?

I could totally live with this scenario.

Lowry - Hopefully a FA - Duhon
Martin - Redick
Hedo - Clark
Big Baby - Rookies
Bynum - FA

Then the following year Martin and Redick are 100% off the books and Hedo and Duhon are partially off the books.

Lowry, big baby and Bynum is a solid core with hopefully, depending on other moves, we'd have enough space to sign a top tier FA wing player.

Dwight plays LeBron in the NBA Finals. Who do you root for?

For me, it's easy. I hope LeBron WHIPS Dwight if that's the case.

Exactly. Which is why I think this is the best Trade Scenario! It makes the most sense for the Magic especially with a core of a top 10 PG and top 5 center who both are young and devlopig and not high maintenance as dwight.

Thats easy, Lebron

Not sure why everyone hates lebron, but i dont and would cheer for him the same way i did this year

also, i really hope Dwight gets the same kind of hate for the way hes screwed us over, which is way worse than what lebron did to cleveland
