His contract is the only value he has. We could only trade him for a player on a multi-year deal on a team looking for cap relief.

There's no way to play Black, Cole *and* Fultz in the same rotation without using some really gross three guard lineups.

Right or wrong, one of those three guys is going to have to not play or you'll continue to see it go poorly.
