This team is just dreadful. Break it up. Paolo, Franz and Suggs should be the only guys they don’t shop. This group is the half court offensive equivalent of using sandpaper as a loofa. The pieces don’t fit. Period.

And I will never, ever understand the logic of the Anthony Black pick. Have to trade him before his intrigue and “youth” are no longer viable marketing points.

But it’s not just that he can’t shoot. He REALLY can’t shoot, and he’s not exceptionally good at anything.

Like say whatever you want about ball movement, about player movement, about whatever garbage you want to complain about.

The Magic already maxed Franz and are going to max Paolo. They have given both of them complete and utter freedom to do whatever they hell they want on offense, carry as high of a usage as they want to carry, and neither one of them can consistently make shot away from the rim.

That's the ultimate problem above all else. These two guys just have to be better than this.

And if they're not, this whole thing is completely screwed and dead on arrival.

Yup this times 1000000.

And I still am for making some tweaks, but that is a huge issue and they won't be elite until those two improve on that.

They also need Suggs back, but man if you need every single player healthy to beat the Jazz, Blazers, Raptors and Warriors then you are a pretender anyway.

Gross. He has so much talent but is so passive.

I forget who said it, but AB has never been "the guy" on any team he's been on

He isnt aggressive because he never was aggressive. Its something that is gonna be hard and will take years to come out of him

Hes not going to do anything. Seriously.

He will blame this season on injuries and say we need continuity and health.

Magic can always trade Paolo to LA for Austin Reaves for a second round pick.

He has absolutely no confidence. That could be a deal breaker as far as being a competent player. The upstairs matters.

And I will check out of the team like I did during the last 2-3 years of the Vucevic era

I watched maybe 15-20 games in that 3 year span

And half of the games I watched were when we were in the playoffs

Not sure if Cole got better or the rest of the team got so much worse to his level

AB has been handing the ball off to Paolo, and the ball hasn't been moving.

Maybe the Warriors know they don’t have the capital to get Steph the help he needs and he’s the next shock trade?

Paolo + picks + filler for Steph? Kerr has experience coaching Paolo.

I really hope you’re joking
