in my opinion, whoever doesn't like Nelson back in the lineup is not a good fan.

PGs don't have to be just playmaker. We're lucky that Nelson is such a good scorer. He tries his best and he has been playing really great for the Magic this season. Moreover, at this point of Carter's career, winning is more important than individual stats. As a result, this team needs Nelson now.

this is coming from one of the biggest VC fans on the world.

Great game thread Adam! I'm really excited about the challenge that we are going to have through this road trip and even more excited that our team is starting to get healthy and over that flu bug.

It is always tough to play in the Rose Garden and if everyone remembers, we got blown out pretty bad last year in their gym. I am confident that we are going to get some revenge and redemption and start something special going forward. Extremely excited that Meer is back and to me he will be the barometer on how well we do in this game. Dwight needs to punish this front line of the Blazers and Vince just needs to play efficient as he has all year.

Dedicating this song to Rashard Lewis, someone still has to believe in you, so I'll go ahead and take that burden on... :lol:

Well the last time I took a bet that Shard would continue sucking epically he shut me up and went for 9 points in the 2nd half. So I bet that he's going to put up a big donut tonight.

Dwight will not dominate tonight. If he can't beat Al Horford, he has no chance of dominating Marcus Camby.

He was still sick, and you're blind if you couldn't tell.
Camby is a better defender than Horford, but Dwight can still overpower him when healthy (Which he should be).

Dwight was also clearly out of sync with his touch. He got off all the shots he wanted and has made so far this season, just didn't have a good feel around the rim. Collins and Zaza are little bitches, and the refs didn't do him any favors with their happy whistles. And the Hawks showed double teams a lot, especially with Josh's help defence blocking ability. So it wasn't as if Dwight was purely one-on-one with Horford all night.

Plus with Jameer back, the spacing on the floor will be good enough that the Blazers won't cheat with their PGs and double Dwight.

No Adam, you're wrong, Dwight's said to be an MVP candidate but after Atlanta's game against horford and after watching tonight's game in my Crystal ball and saw Camby dominate Dwight I no longer consider Dwight a top-10 player .. He's not even the best player on the team anymore

haha, I haven't been on VCO or realgm in a while because of school, but everyone's fine. haha. We all just don't want Duhon to be in the starting lineup, even if that means getting Jameer back. They don't like it, but their not complaing too much.

yeah, Dwight should be able to handle Portland's bigs, but that's what everybody was saying against the Hawks.

They have two decent defenders in Marcus Camby and Pryzbilla, and they have Pendergraph who's an energy guy. I want to see more Bass minutes!

While Przybilla is a good defender, he's just coming back from injury and he's been out for a while.

Pendergraph isn't even on the team.
