As far as I know they're still making a strong push at Ellis. Saw the guy I know at the game but he said he didn't know anything new. Word of mouth has been pretty quiet. Don't let dumb Chicago articles kill your morale. Strap in for the next few days.

But I would throw up if we made no deals.

Actually a good point. But damnit, I had my hopes low for once, now you have my optimistic again, and now I'm thinking we're getting Ellis. Damn you :D

Don't be so sure.......

I pray something does, though. Anyone with eyes can see that this team won't win a damn thing.

Going into the post-season as is and just hoping for the best in regards to Dwight is plain suicide.

I know some people don't like Alex Kennedy... but this was just posted not too long ago

Alex Kennedy ‏ @AlexKennedyNBA
I ran into Otis Smith. He wouldn't say much about Dwight Howard situation, just that they'll have a resolution one way or other on Thursday.

Just remember...why would Magic management/Stan say he's expecting trades to the media?

Eh, I don't have a problem with someone wanting this to be over. I've felt the same way at least 32 different times.

I wouldn't put too much stock into what Denton says now a days, he's pretty much just the propaganda arm of the team now that he basically works for them. He's a great writer, but he's not gonna be the one to break news or speculate on things to occur IMO

The multiplayer in Mass Effect 3 is pretty awesome in my opinion. So far, here's how I rank the series.

Mass Effect 1 > Mass Effect 3 >> Mass Effect 2

Not saying that Mass Effect 2 is bad, it's still one of my favorite games of all time, I just prefer Mass Effect 1 and 3 over it.
Not changing this Sig until the Orlando Magic win a championship (Technically Started 1-30-08)

I have faith if we do nothing at the deadline it's because we're doing something in the off season. If we do not trade Dwight he has to have at least agreed to opt in for the next year. Management just can't be stupid enough to gamble it...

Guys all indications are that Dwight probably still wants to go through FA and will tell Magic that they are on his list. I think that is what he has told them. Tough call for Magic. But, I think this is why they still have not made a decision. I really do think Alex and Otis know by now what Dwight is thinking. Touch call for us, what do u do?

I don't think anything is going to happen.

Dwight will still be here on Friday... we will be taking this lineup to the playoffs.

Minus J-Rich and Turk, we actually don't look too damn bad

I have no faith...if u can't get nothing done now with the same assests, what do u think will happen around draft time, with the SAME assests?? I think Dwight has told them that he wants to go through FA and Magic will be on his list. That is my opinion. No way Otis and Alex do not know by now what Dwight wants...NO WAY

This management is certainly stupid enough to gamble on it.

OK, so let's break down everything we know, or think we know right now.

-Dwight was almost dealt to NJ before the season started
-Numerous reports have said Devos doesn't want to rebuild and wants to keep ORL a contender
-Martins continues to talk to Dwight and says positive things about the convo
-We've been publicaly linked by reputable reporters to Monta Ellis, Josh Smith, Steve Nash, and if I'm missing anybody, I apologize over the past year
-We don't want Daniel Orton
-Otis keeps saying 50/50, which is the new "I like this team"
-Otis will most likely be fired after this season or "let go" since I believe his contract is up
-Hedo is reportedly being tossed around to teams, but teams want 1st round picks back
-Denton, who is a talking head for the Magic..but arguably the closest expects this team to be the same after the 16th
-We can let Dwight walk ala Cleveland, but that would go against the rebuilding theory that Devos doesn't want

All in all, absolutely nothing adds up or is consistent. I honestly have no clue what to believe, expect, or imagine anymore.
