Can you go more into weight of now vs. in future? Is drafting older players a mistake? High potential players a mistake?

This is how I plan on implementing the judging system:
Win Now (Offense & Defense) - 0.1 - 10.0 Rating System
Win Future (Offense & Defense) - 0.1 - 10.0 Rating System
Coach/Fit/Playstyle - 0.1 - 7.0 Rating System
Depth/Bench - 0.1 - 5.0 Rating System
Minutes/Salary/Fatigue 0.1 - 3.0 Rating System
If you want a veteran PG to mentor a young PG? That may boost your fit/playstyle rating. If you want to take a rookie that you won't know if they will pan out (Perry Jones III) then he may get a small score for now, and a questionable score for the future. It's however you want to do it.

I'm more interested in judging than playing, but interested in playing too so if needed I'll take a team. Knackstedt.erick@gmail.com

Re: Official Build-a-Team 1.0: Orlando Board Edition
Judge signups are AWESOME as well, as long as you are willing to follow the process (well, afterwards when everything is finalized and people write their testaments
)
Let me know if you want a team, I'll put you on a replacement list for now until you specify if you actually want a team.
ALSO, if we get more signups than actual teams, I can allow co-GM's for teams if the representing original owner doesn't mind a co-GM.

What do ya mean? You'd have to study that on your own, since you can't bring up players that are not drafted in the thread. And sign up if you want!
I'm looking to do this with some RL friends and around the office. If you have a master list that you could send me of eligible people I'd really appreciate it.

A friend suggested using basketball-reference and sorting by people with >1 MP last season. Worked like a charm.
