I agree.

Pacers are my pick to win it all this year -- they are an extremely well built team, especially for playoffs where post play and being able to score in isolation are that much more important. They certainly have all the ingredients, and most of there core is still young and improving -- I expect leaps from hibbert, george, hill, stevenson, etc. Add in scola and a returning granger, and yikes that team is good enough to go against anyone else on paper. I hope they can put it all together this year and dethrone the heat.

Oladipo will have a lot of support out there from Hoosier fans. That's a pretty cool thing for his first NBA regular season road game.

I just hope we can keep the game close.

Anyone know if this game is on NBA League Pass. It is not listed on my television TV guide and didn't know if it was just an error or for some reason it wasn't being shown (Live in NY).

I am not surprised Maxiel is starting. He has been a starter for years now and is a true veteran who seems to always be in position that plays good defense. Those right there are qualities that Nicholson does not have.

David West would destroy Nicholson. Maxiell is the better choice to start this game, he much more physical and actually plays defense. For me the bad outweigh the good when it comes to Nicholson. I'm hoping he'll improve his defense because he really does have a nice offensive game, but right now he's just so terrible on defense.

I'm excited about the game though, just wish Harris was playing, but no need to rush him. While Indiana most likely will win this, I wouldn't be surprised if the Magic pull it off since it is the first game of the season. Or it could also be a massive blowout by the Pacers. :lol:

Either way I'm excited Magic basketball is back and I can't wait to see the young guys improve through the season, that's the main focus right now.
