...the Hammer, etc.. are way cooler.

andrew declercq's nickname was pretty cool. also very accurate.

still don't know what's so bad about super mario. would you prefer "croatian sensation" instead?

"super mario" will always remind me of that game I totally hated and hate to this day so Id prefer other options

If it's not used in commercial purposes no problem. If used as his trademark for, let's say, Pepsi then yes, copyright problems.
