That block from Favors is extremely suspect. Looked like he got a lot of RJ's arm.

Favors caught RJ's off-arm before blocking the shot. But yeah, it could be a non-call if they call it loosely

I don’t understand how that much contact isn’t a foul? If RJ had been shooting a 3 and got hit like that, even if he dived into it and initiated it, it would be a foul.

Why is there such a discrepancy?
