I will forever be a big fan of Terrence Ross.

Although it will be tough rooting for him on a team with Luka and Kyrie.

I loved this guy on and off the court, even though he could have/should have been so much more.

I have no problem with this move NOW, but it doesn't negate that they absolutely wasted his trade value for the last couple of years. He's still viable, athletic, and healthy (and well-rested :lol:

). He's made it clear that he wants his bite of the new salary cap with one more deal...anybody doubt that he will be a difference-maker in a more competitive situation? I expect him to basically win a playoff game or two for his new team with some Human Torch minutes. I'll be rooting for him.

Orlando shouldve freed him a couple years ago, happy he can go play meaningful basketball and I'm sure he'll looker better than he was the past couple years in Orlando

Sorry, but don't think that is in his vocabulary.

Offense on the other hand... if you want him to chuck, then he is your man. When you get the nights when everything is just going in, then it will be magical.

OTOH there will be times wheere he will shoot you out of the game so just be ready to pull him out.

He'll gamble for steals all day and sometimes it'll pay off. More often he'll just end up out of position. There's a part of me that thinks he'll stop this when he gets to his new team but you never know.

Expected, but still a sad day. If it happens. He's been with the Magic for a loooooong time (has to be a top 5 longest stints for a Magic player, I'm guessing?).

With them stripping down the roster like they seem to be, and the trade market closed, we better hope the injuries don't return in any major way (but maaaybe WeHam are in fact hoping for that?).

I'm gonna miss this guy as he was fun to cheer for and was a great veteran presence. Silky smooth game. He's gonna come up clutch for you at times and other times you're gonna wonder why he's still on the court. Coin Toss Ross is a very accurate nickname.

One of my favorite Magic players all time. Loved what he brought to this team on and off the court. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a single negative thing about him from another player. I wish this team could somehow use him but letting him free is the right thing to do.

I’m not surprised by this move, TRoss wasn’t really playing much and it’s the young guys time. With that said, I’m a huge fan of TRoss and I hope he gets his spark back with the Mavericks and contributes to some playoff games. TRoss should be given a good response when he plays here again.
