1% usage rate differential for Harris is hardly noticable. Magic win more games when he looks liek average rotation guard ( near 10 ppg) and lose more when he looks like one of least productive nba starters out there ( 7 -2-1)
Fultz differential is most glaring, but couple of us already pointed that out several weeks ago.
