Stupid comment. It make zero sense to lock into this now. Clearly they feel they may have a better option that could shake loose. Its literally a win win situation. Either Bol stays or we get an upgrade and let him go.

Maybe just dont click submit in future if you dont have anything to say.

Why so hostile shad?

Bols value was at its highest in January when everyone in the league was enamored with him. Now he’s an afterthought and lucky to be plugged into heavy minutes in a rotation.

So why be indecisive? Because they will either play him limited minutes or let him walk? Should have been neither option and traded him for max value. They can’t even decide which direction they want to go with him.

I’ll post whatever I want. Lol. Why are you even still reading this forum? It obviously pisses you off when people have opinions.

Guard logjam and postponed Bol option smells like we are in a trade warning, to use PRRs vernacular

Get ready...Bol sideshow for a 2rp coming soon OR he's waived when other team balks. Whatever.

This is not a player that I will categorize with the long "should have traded him at the height of his value"...he didn't have one. If your flailing drives to the hoop cause your bench to erupt in high-fives and laughter - you're a meme, not a serious player.

I don't mean to insult the guy or his effort to build a career. He's been admirably stoic and plays hard. I just don't think he's NBA material.

Hostile because im tired of the arrogance of so many in here who have 5% of the knowledge, information and skillset of our front office but act like they know more than them. Its annoys the life outta me.

He averaged 14-8-3 on 65% TS at one point, could easly move him for some filler backup C or second round picks.

It’s merely looking at contracts, minute distribution, and timeframes. All the information is there. If they had a trade done they would have pulled the trigger. The info that comes out is “we aren’t sure yet” and he’s on an expiring deal… What info am I missing here?

If he’s waived they took a net 0 asset, gave him value, and then let him go. What’s the point of their job then?

Yeah. His numbers were nuts...he just never looked like a serious player to me. Everything that bounced around and fell in looked like it shouldn't. Bamba had great per 36 numbers backing up Vuc and I know you're a big fan of his. 8-)

Is there a free agent out there that could contribute more than Bol? If they think there is, it would make sense to wait and see how free agency plays out. Money could dry up and all of a sudden we get a steal of a deal. Point is, it costs nothing for us to wait. Its a total win win.

Everyone has 5% of the knowledge, including yourself. Therefore, assumptions can be made either way hence why all we can do is speculate on what organization is doing. So, to criticize one for speculating is wrong in my opinion.

It's not like i expected unprotected picks but opposite of this seems to be ... nothing?

This type of tribalism is what i hate the most.

Assumpsion that front officies are some supreme creatures who know everything and are mistake free is laughable.

You can find front officies that traded unprotected picks for 35+ years old KG and Pierce.
You can find front office that moved rookie Magic Johnson for haul of role players.
Every year out of 14 lottery picks, at least 5 of them are worthless garbage.

There isn't spot for Bol to be played. He fell out of last year's rotation as well, without Isaac, Jett Howard, Ingles and Black.

He probably had some value back in December and January and we elected to do nothing.

This pattern of behavior of front office being unsure what to do, just to do nothing and get nothing in return happend with:
Hezonja ( declined 4th year option than wanted to keep him)
Payton ( waiting mid season to give up on him, while electing to start him until that point)
Bamba ( resign against nobody, than giving up on him for nothing)

Money in nba won't "dry out" in day 2,3,4 or 5. And that doesn't really matter anyway. Fact is ,Magic front office can't even make decision on player that 100% won't be playing in any serious rotation next year, yet they still have no clue what to do with him, despite fact answer is so cristal clear.

They are "brilliant" for having no clue what to do with player that will eventually be cut in one way or another? What's next? Famming over them because they show up in a room for draft? Brilliant move. They walked in. Best walk in history!

If he stays then it tells me this FO is not interesting in winning. They are going to want to tank again. That’s how black/white this decision is for me.

Seems like a BS rule to be able to delay a decision. If they are moving on, give the player a chance to sign a new deal while teams have money and roster spots.

Is Bol Bol done for?

Can we trade Kevon Harris to make a spot? Seems like a waste to give up on this guy after 1 season.

Kevon is a two-way deal, doesn't count against the 15 slots.

An extension had to be agreed to. Celtics asked Porzingis for another day and he said no…obviously, has a bit more leverage than Bol

Bol actually has an upside. I hope they keep him.
