Queen >>>>> Howard. No contest.

I’m not defending Jett but TQ is 28 and has been playing games in different professional leagues for years.

It’s easy to move on from Jett.

For clarity, I do not seen Queen as an NBA level talent; as he does not have the career to suggest he is competent to play back-up SG in the NBA.

But: wow was he ace in this scrub game!!!!!

p.s. I agree that, to use your words, "It’s easy to move on from Jett".

EDIT: off-topic, but Houstan's defense was acceptable. Notably, he was very good at playing system defense. A skill that took Redick years to learn.
If Houstan can be :this guy: every game, he deserves a new LLE contract. His 1st quarter was amazing defensively.

CoJo, Queen, Ingles :D and Caleb, making $2-3m apiece -at the end of the rotation, is a much more sound investment of cap space than Jett making $5.5m or Gary making $7.5. Keeping Gary for $3m makes sense going forward- if he wants to stay. Isaac, even at “only” $15m is getting a lot harder to defend…hopefully, he rebounds next year (literally & figuratively). The rules have changed for ORL, contracts matter and just hanging on to guys who might become good isn’t the way anymore. I’m glad AB seems to have distanced himself from the trash heap, even if not so much as a PG.

WITH Suggs back and AB emerging…KCP’s $22m seems like a very bad anchor for a team lacking a playmaker.

Hopefully, Jett and KCP still have value around the league…I would think a veteran contender like MIL or one of the LA teams would love KCP as a reliable finishing piece. I really like him next to Lillard, Harden, Luka, Booker, Maxey, Fox, etc…he’s still really good but we have a better one and a bigger, cheaper emerging one to back him up in AB, already in-house.
