You're right. In order to get a B, Black needed to be the starting PG on a playoff team at 20-21 years old. That never happens for players that age.

Maybe you should be more specific in your assertion. Include the fact that there's a severe hole and no competition at his position.

Cole was a 5th year player making close to the MLE. Cojo was a vet with a lot of experience. Both were better options to play PG on a playoff team. If Black was on a tanking team where mistakes didn't matter, it would've been a different story. That's why they don't play young players on the ball for teams in the playoffs.
