Paolo about to restore our faith tonight. I feel it in my bones. Whenever the Europe based fans on here start really getting confident in their anti-Paolo narratives he shuts them up.

Is it really just the Europe based fans though? I think many are rightly frustrated/concerned.

I hope he does shut everyone up, but lands on a 57-58 TS% to end the season instead of the normal 54-55.

Also going against a wing/forward lineup of Oubre, Walker, Edwards and Broome should certainly be able to get him going. Paolo and Franz should be feasting this game.

Paolo can raise his total contract value from $239M to $287M by making an All-NBA Team, winning MVP, or being names Defensive Player of the Year.

Then maybe he needs to get very happy with this offense, figure it out, and go get the money because the slow pace was not working for this team. The guys just need to get used to the newer pace. It’s not fair to ask an entire team to go back to the slow pace simply because of one player. Everyone around him sacrifices for him, even Franz defer to him. He can do everyone else a solid for the sake of having a better offense.

Would love it if Paolo plays bully ball and stops dancing around the perimeter.

After three games? Maybe the answer is people need to calm the **** down….

Excited to see Edgecombe as well. Imagine Mose goes AB first off the bench again since the Sixers starting guards are super dynamic.

The extra off days come next week.

We’ll know pretty quickly if Paolo’s ankle is feeling better or not.

Not sure if anyone is noticing, but Paolo isn’t getting the same star calls/treatment he was getting last season.

Refs have adjusted and Paolo needs to do the same.

He’s not dancing around the perimeter without reason, you can visibly see him getting frustrated because the same moves that worked last season are simply not as effective this season.

I don’t like blaming Mosley for the bad shooting but one thing you can 100% blame Mosley on is Paolo’s development, play style and attitude. He has not improved enough, I fear Mosley is too scared to demand more from his max player. The bull has gone on too long and the whole organization has excused it. The crappy fade aways and the mid range shots he is so streaky on have to end. He has to create more shots for others and he has to attack the rim. He is the leader and he is now paid like it someone has to get in his head and have him start acting like it. The most alarming thing to me from the last 3 games is Paolo’s body language. Hope it changes tonight
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

I noticed it and his response to it has shown a scary lack of maturity.

But idk I just don't have a good feeling about this 5 game road trip. If they win this one I think they turn it around. If they drop this game I think it continues to snowball.

I have the same feeling unfortunately - if Suggs goes crazy it might stimulate the rest of the team - otherwise I'm just not seeing the passion to win in the other players, with the exception perhaps of Franz.

I don't disagree, but when a lot of our franchises hopes are based on him improving, people are going to be critical. Just how it is. I agree that 3 games in the grand scheme of things doesn't mean anything though.

I am not seeing it, he is averaging more FTs than ever and the percentage of his shots which have been at the rim is also a career high.

Watching Wemby or Luka or Giannis stats to start the season no wonder why Paolo abismal form in first games looks scary. Our guy has not been THE GUY at all so far. And some folks called him the second best player in the East this season...

Curious to see the first player off the bench and if Jase is in over Tyus
