He does say that a lot of things need to change. Culture attitude etc.

This can be turned around in my opinion. Make any changes needed.

I don't think he said if you want to BBQ with me you need to follow me where I am going.

I do agree with most of what he said. Things need to change in the organization, in the team etc.
