I really don't know much about the coaches. I like the approach being taken. If we were doing things like we did in the past Shaw or Malone would be the coach because of past connections to the Magic. I have to believe they will hire the best coach until proven otherwise.

I am sorry but most of you are very misguided and ill informed when selecting a coach. Alot of you dismissed Vaughn because of the kind of player he was if we judged all coaches on how good of players they were than well MJ and Shaq should be coaching then and not Popovich Jackson and Chi coach. All of you guys wanted the big name the names you knew right away and that was the wrong way hennigan wanted his guys tough and dedicated. Hornachek played under Sloan for many many years and we all know how good a coach Sloan was i believe he wont take **** from anyone especially Coward and be a SVG type strategist while being a little better with reacting and communicating with players. Then you have Vaughn who the best coach in the league said was his best assistant that is a big recomandation coming from Coach Pop these guys are both great and will be good fits.
PLEASE GIVE THEM A CHANCE!
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

With neither Shaw nor Malone in the runnign it seems the Magic are doing more than rebuilding, It's like they're reinveting the wheel or something. Damn...

It seems like no one coaches included wants to be in Orlando right now. Free agents arent mentioning us.

So Shaw has been passed up on by his own Lakers, Cavalier, Bobcats and now Magic.....

4 Front Offices can't be wrong, he's simply not a head coach.

So we're down to just the two Hornacek and Vaughn, right? No other darkhorses?

I liked Malone but we still have trust Hennigan. I think out of the remaining guys, I would want Hornacek. I like the intensity he played with. Vaughn was a smart player but didn't play with emotion. It really looks like Hennigan is looking for a player that was respected and knew how to play the game the right way.

I heard Denton on the radio last week say that there were concerns about Shaw because he's hung up on the triangle offense, fwiw.

Honestly, in regards to the free agents not mentioning us, I think it's because we didn't give Dwight what he wanted and traded him to Brooklyn. The agents to these players are seeing that and so are the players. Some players don't care, but the agents do. They're most likely steering the players away from us because of this.
