The point is that for me it is hard to believe it, especially in JJ's case...
Though history (as mattyBoi says) reveals that it is not unusual, as it is not unusual to see them succeed. It's like stalemate, just leave it be, we both have valid opinions

3 bricked FTs, missed gimme, then a SA 3.
And things were looking so promising.

11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.
- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Those 3 FTs may have cost us the game. That just completely took the wind out of the sails.

And also, the opposite happens all the time, ie a player is good in college and then good in the NBA, which is what led him to make the original comment, is that so hard to understand?
I am fully aware that players can be good in both college and the NBA
Therefore i wouldnt say that it is "hard to believe" that this could happen...Ive seen it happen both ways
He SAID it is hard to believe that a player can go from good in college to bad in the NBA...In other words saying it is rare to happen
I just told him that it DOES happen all the time so dont be surprised.
You are pretty dense if thats hard to understand
