Keep AG at the 3.
Sign Tristan Thompson/Paul Milsap/ Amir Johson for the 4.
Trade Oladipo and #5 pick to move up and draft Russell

Payton
Russell
Aaron Gordon
Milsap
Vucevic

Let the flame throwing begin!

I hope I'm not the only one who sees all of Aaron Gordon's potential. I hate reading how people think we should/could/would trade him to draft Justice Winslow, who for all his potential in the world at the 3, is not Aaron Gordon. People who think Winslow>AG in the NBA must see something I don't because the two don't measure up.

I'm extremely high on him. I've just stopped defending him because it really doesn't matter. He's not going anywhere and he's going to get better and then there will be no need to defend him.

I would take Gordon over Winslow. But, if the Magic do draft Winslow, then their plan is to eventually move Gordon to the 4 down the road and move Harris.

Speaking of Winslow, isn't he kinda small for a SF? Last I saw, he's 6'6 which is more of a SG size. If we get him to play SF, I wouldn't like being undersized at the 2 and 3.

Wingspan, man. 6'10. Far more important than one or two inches shy of being an ideal sized SF. He's shown he can defend people taller than him because of his defensive IQ and his knowledge to use what he has. I see where you're coming from tho.

Neither would I. At 6'9" with a 6'11" wingspan and better athleticism, physically AG is the much better option.

Wingspan dont matter as much as standing reach though.

Very true! Forgot to mention that. Winslow and AG have both been measured to have a standing reach of 8'9 :D

Cool avi btw, how'd you get it? Whenever I end up getting an avi, it'll hopefully look something like that

I think Ag's gonna be a really good defender (he already is) potentially elite..
But I think he ends up below average offensively with a small chance
to at least be average.
With that said, I'd trade AG plus the 5th pick easily, if it lands us Towns.
Lakers, Knicks, Philly, Minni, would never make that trade though..
As for Winslow, I like him a lot, both players are B level prospects and they
play very different. Its just a matter of what style you prefer.

Its pretty funny how most of the fanbase was crying and calling for Henny head for picking Gordon over Exum and now currently Gordon is the better player. I hope you Magic fans realize to trust in Henny for this year draft

With the successful development of players like Khawi and Jimmy Butler, it's hard not to be excited about Gordon's potential. Heck, his floor looks like a more athletic Draymond Green. Can't wait to see what his future holds.
