I do. These will be key Magicians off of the bench next year. They need to fit in to the developing team. Keeping them hungry on the bench will aid the future starters in the coming season. Competition for starters' minutes is very important to develop very young NBA players.

..

I'm sorry, I completely disagree with "learning how to win" and "key Magicians off the bench". Every year people and the organisation say this and meaningless wins get us good picks instead of franchise changing picks. The only starter on this team is Gordon and maybe Fournier, Isaac has potential, and that's it. The team needs a franchise cornerstone and will take 4 years from this year IF we get that franchise player. Losing didn't hurt Phillys culture, they didn't "learn to win". As someone who wants to tank yeah I want to lose out the season with the young guys and ensure we get a top 3-5 pick

Statistically Vučević is both Orlando's best offensive player AND best defensive player. One would think Magic fans would see him as a clear asset and as a cog-piece moving forward. I am at a total loss why there is not overt enthusiasm to him.

I love this quote last night:
“At no point did we think, or have it cross anybody’s mind, that we were just going to give in and do whatever the last 14 or 15 games, whatever it was,” Vucevic said Wednesday. “We have pride.”

Yeah, but that quote would mean more if it wasn't said at the end of every season, for the last 6 seasons.

I equate cheering for this team to win at this stage like ordering a well-done steak at a restaurant. You're welcome to enjoy the steak (or the team) however you like it, but the minute you start complaining about how it doesn't taste as good as what the others are having (aka better results from better draft picks), people aren't going to take ywhoever ordered that steak seriously.

I still think that on better team Vučević would be pretty damn good player. But it's best for both parties, him and Magic, to part ways ASAP.

I never heard the Amway more quiet in a win, dead silent even in the 4th.

How the hell did we score 126? Was the Bucks defence hilariously bad or it was more of a case of both Augustine and Simmons randomly getting hot from downtown in the same game and making plenty of tough shots?

It was a little bit of both honestly. Bucks were horrible defending the perimeter which allowed Augustin and Simms to get into a rhythm.

DJ and Simms were making every crazy shot they put up. Bledsoe and Middleton for supposedly good defenders sure do fall asleep on defense a ton.

Can’t wait for the new winning culture this gets us next season. Will probably sign LeBron and KD after they see character building such as this. The last time we went on a winning streak at the end of the season it attracted such free agents as DJ a Augustin and Bismack Biyombo. Worth it.

I hope not... crunch time is coming up... we need a safe separation from the rest of the tank teams.

Unfortunatelly, this looked winnable from beginning. Despite having Giannis, who is flawed himself and not game changer so far in his career, Bucks are a mess.

i think because he is the only consistent player over the past 5 years or so on some of the worse teams in Orlando history. His main strength is the long 2, the most inefficient shot in basketball. his man defense may be good, but he isnt a help defender, which is what you really need from a center in today's NBA. He would be a great 6th man off the bench, but he refuses to accept that role

That's one of biggest Magic problems, nobody is good help defender. Even Payton was ok man to man defender but was lost after first screen.
Gordon lacks lenght , Hezonja awarness, Simmons IQ, DJ size....

This team has always been like that. Payton putting up good numbers.... after the seasons already over. The team as a whole 3 years ago under Skiles playing well towards the end of the season putting us just out of position to pick Porzingis

DJ is playing like a beast tonight...who do you think you're replacing him with- Fred Van Vleet? Very exciting...Tank every year, be Sacramento...NO THANKS!

Bite me...Good win!

We are one game worse than Sacramento tankers and will probably finish out of top 3 picks in draft. Just like Sacramento does every year.

does anybody remember any March or April win from 2013,2014,2015 ,2016 or 2017 season ?
That type of wins make you worst by long run, because of tanking ,and give you nothing but 1 day happiness ( if that ) in present.

Sorry but this win was terrible ,especially who was key contributor in that win. 3 players that should not be in Magic long term plans.
It's like Suns winning games riding Chandler and Dudley

There was great ball movement, especially in the 4th when they fought off the inevitable challenge with big 3's off of multiple passes around the perimeter. Lots of patience to get the good shot too. At times, looked like the offense during the big 2 week winning streak early in the season. I didn't see crazy shots for the most part. You can critique everything, even Giannis (?!) but they just played well! Enjoy the night, they'll get back to it and lose a bunch...but they were GOOD last night.

You know what just got to me.. we hired a GM who was the GM of this team who, except for getting lucky in Gian, basically constructed this team who got beaten by our team missing AG and Evan! And we are a tanking team while they are fighting for position in the playoffs!!

Wow.. it just sunk in to.me..

I'd like to apologize to everybody, the Magic are 8-2 in games I've gone to this year. I should just buy season tickets next year.

The Bucks cant be a very good team if they allowed the Magic to do what they did.
