I believe the plan was to bring Baby in to be the starter.....Ryan was going to start obviously at first to allow Baby to learn the "System" and then when he got comfortable with it then he will move into the starting position....Anderson surprised people with his play and i don't think anyone was expecting it otis or probably the coach....in a way i can understand Baby wanting to be the starter because of the situation but in reality he's a role player at best

Not buying it. Ryan was starter material last year. He was a potential starter as soon as he replaced Rashard in the 10 game suspension for PEDs.
